Adam Abrahams
is a partner in the law firm of Meyers Hurvitz Abrahams LLC, located in Rockville, Maryland, specializing in tax planning, tax litigation, estate planning and probate matters. He helps clients meet their legal and tax planning goals and objectives in the areas of business tax planning, entity formation, business transactions, wealth preservation, protection of assets, estate planning and probate estates. Mr. Abrahams also counsels clients who have been contacted by the IRS regarding an audit or dispute of a tax return or a tax assessment. He represents individuals and businesses in Maryland, District of Columbia and Ohio. In addition to a law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Mr. Abrahams has an advanced degree in taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center. He is licensed in Maryland, District of Columbia and Ohio. Additionally, Mr. Abrahams is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Supreme Court. He has published in numerous tax-related publications including Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts as an Effective Estate Tax Reduction Technique in The Practical Tax Lawyer (Summer 2013) and ABA Section of Taxation News Quarterly (Summer 2013), Employment Cases and Planning Implications in the ABA Tax Times(November, 2017),Medical Cannabis Business Operations: How can business owners navigate the Taxand Banking Law Minefields in Bloomberg Tax (Tax Management Memorandum-February 4, 2019), Graegin Loans-Another Way to Reduce Estate Tax in Bloomberg Tax (Tax Management Memorandum-May 2, 2019). Mr. Abrahams is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), Section of Taxation and Real Property/Trusts and Estates, Maryland Bar Association, Section of Taxation and the D.C. Bar Association, Section of Taxation. He has recently been appointed to serve on the Maryland Bar Association Tax Council, serving on the Legal Education, Special Programs and Legislative committees.

Kaitlin Hackett
is an associate at Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. She concentrates her practice on estate planning, estate administration, and guardianship matters. Ms. Hackett assists clients with tax planning, disputes, and estate administration matters. She served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Timothy W. Chell, PJ.Cv., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Gloucester/Cumberland/Salem County vicinage. Ms. Hackett earned her bachelor's degree from Stockton University with a double major in psychology and political science, her J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School. While attending Rutgers, she served as editor in chief of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy and as a teaching assistant for the estate planning classes.

Yahne Miorini
is the founder and principal of Miorini Law PLLC, a law firm based in Northern Virginia. She focuses her practice on domestic and international estate planning, probate, trust administration, and related tax matters; elder law (special needs and long-term care); and Veterans' benefits. Ms. Miorini is licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, New York and Virginia. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and served as president of its Virginia chapter, VAELA. She is also accredited by the U.S. Veterans Administration. Ms. Miorini is a recurring author of articles about wills, trusts, estates, taxes, and elder law matters for a French-language periodical called La Plume, that is published by the Washington Accueil Association (WAA). She has lectured on the areas of estate planning, and estate and trust administration for several business professional groups. Ms. Miorini earned her J.D. degree from the University of La Sorbonne, in Paris, France; and her LL.M. degree from the George Washington University Law School.

C. Page Hamrick, III
, J.D., CPA, is the principal of the Charleston law firm of C. Page Hamrick III, Attorney at Law. He has concentrated his practice in the areas of divorce law, tax and corporate estate law. Mr. Hamrick has served as a family law master, as assistant attorney general, as counsel to the West Virginia Legislature and as a hearing officer for numerous state agencies. He is a certified public accountant. Mr. Hamrick has testified as an expert witness in matters involving federal and state tax, financial analysis and real estate. He is a member of The West Virginia State Bar, American Association of Attorney-CPAs and West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Hamrick regularly teaches tax and law courses at Marshall University and has taught accounting at West Virginia University-Tech. He earned his B.S.B.A. and J.D. degrees from West Virginia University and his M.B.A. degree from the Marshall University (formerly WVCOGS).

John W. Metzger
is a partner in the Lancaster firm of Metzger and Spencer, LLP, where he practices in the areas of taxation, probate, trusts, estate planning, business entities, real estate, orphans' court practice, orphans' court litigation, and zoning law. He is chairman of the Lancaster Township Zoning Hearing Board, and a member of the Lancaster and Pennsylvania bar associations. Mr. Metzger recently completed his term as a member of the Real Property Probate and Trusts Law Section Council. He has volunteered and served as the estate planning expert for Wills for Heroes. Mr. Metzger served several terms as a trustee of The Heritage Center Museum of Lancaster County, chairman of its Planning and Giving Committee, and chairman of the Heritage Museum at Penn Square. He recently concluded service on both the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Historic Preservation Trust of Lancaster County, and as a member of the Preservation Action Committee. Mr. Metzger earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Richmond and his J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law.
