is a senior counsel at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig PLLC. Her practice involves representing individuals and businesses in real estate transactions and litigation. Ms. Schuller advises banks on secured transactions and actively works in commercial and residential real estate purchase and lease transactions. She has overseen the closing of numerous large governmental projects, including the purchase of a historic beach project in Annapolis for conversion into a city park and the acquisition of land for a district court building in Harford County. Additionally, Ms. Schuller has extensive experience in the buying and selling of businesses. She earned her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law in 2012. Ms. Schuller is admitted to practice in Maryland and the U.S. Tax Court. She is active in the community through her legislative advocacy on behalf of the Maryland Land Title Association, including successfully lobbying for the adoption of Remote Notarization laws in Maryland.

is an attorney at Boardman & Clark LLP. He has more than 23 years of real estate experience, he concentrates his practice on all phases of commercial real estate including the acquisition and sale of real estate, project development, financing, construction, leasing, management, due diligence, and governmental entitlements. Prior to joining Boardman Clark, Mr. Radabaugh worked in several corporate roles. His in-house experience helps him to understand the client perspective, allowing him to identify the issues most important to them and to communicate complex legal issues a manner that is understandable. It has also given Mr. Radabaugh an appreciation for working collaboratively with clients to solve problems and complete deals in support of their goals. He has experience in nearly all asset classes and has worked extensively with retail and office projects. Mr. Radabaugh has taken numerous projects from concept to delivery, representing property owners, investors, and tenants. He has closed agreements involving many of today's best-known retail and office tenants. Mr. Radabaugh earned his B.S. degree from St. Cloud State University and his J.D. degree from University School of Law.

She represents privately and publicly held businesses, financial institutions, and governmental and quasi-governmental entities in construction, real estate, and commercial finance matters. Ms. Wal's real estate work covers all stages of commercial development, including acquisition; obtaining entitlements; negotiating development agreements, easements, or other documents memorializing property rights; negotiating design and construction contracts; and negotiating leases. She has an extensive background in banking as a former business banker, middle market commercial banking paralegal, and project manager for compliance issues at three of the largest banks in Milwaukee. While at Chase Bank (formerly Bank One), she was a member of a national project team formed to create new versions of middle market commercial loan documents. Ms. Wal's professional memberships include the American and Milwaukee bar associations, and the State Bar of Wisconsin.

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
