is a attorney at Stephen J. Mr. O'Brien earned his degree J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

is senior counsel with the law firm of Brown Moskowitz & Kallen, P.C. in Chatham, New Jersey. She dedicates her law firm practice to corporate, transactional and regulatory matters for general business clients. She advises clients in entity formation, asset/stock sales, mergers, and business divorce, as well as shareholder/member, consulting and employment agreements and disputes, supply chain/vendor procurement, software/technology licensing, SaaS subscriptions, confidentiality, non-compete/non-solicitation agreements, and due diligence reviews. Ms. Brower has successfully structured, from inception to completion, the corporate formation and data privacy and security issues related to clinically-integrated networks and value-based service and payment corporate business arrangements. She earned her B.B.A. degree from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst, her J.D. degree from New York University School of Law and her Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) from the Health Care Compliance Association. Henry Norwood
is an attorney with Kaufman Dolowich LLP and concentrates his practice in ERISA litigation and compliance, general liability, commercial litigation, employment law, and managed care. Mr. Norwood represents clients in a wide range of managed care health litigation and compliance, including hospital liability defense, nursing home defense, commercial health disputes, HIPAA, and healthcare organizational issues. Mr. Norwood provides pro bono legal representation to refugees fleeing persecution and seeking asylum in the United States. He is admitted to practice in Maine, Massachusetts, Florida, and California. Mr. Norwood earned his B.A. degree from University of Maine and his J.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.

Paul F. Schmeltzer
is a member of the Los Angeles office of Clark Hill LLP. He advises business clients across a variety of industries, and provides strategic and legal guidance to clients regarding Artificial Intelligence and preparing for, responding to, recovering, and learning from cybersecurity and privacy incidents. Mr. Schmeltzer also counsels healthcare clients on telehealth and regulatory matters including Federal and State pharmacy law, fraud, waste, and abuse, Stark law, state and federal anti-kickback statutes, 21st Century Cures Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA). In addition to representing healthcare clients in regulatory matters, he has drafted managed care contracts for physicians and health plans and advised clients on regulatory and reimbursement matters. Mr. Schmeltzer also has experience counseling corporate clients on civil matters, including drafting legal documents, advising clients on employment issues, and researching and drafting motions.
