Cassie Preston

is senior counsel at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP. She has handled a multitude of claims implicating a party's coverage and, particularly, historically specialized in a relatively unknown sub-area of insurance law known as subrogation. Litigating matters by way of subrogation not only allowed Ms. Preston to gain intricate knowledge of the legalities surrounding insurance related disputes, but also provided the vehicle to gain particularized knowledge in complex cases involving product defects, construction defects, and other claims in tort, which caused injury to person and property, as well as contractual disputes. She also has vast experience handling plaintiffs' personal injury matters in both state and federal courts and in the states of Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and Tennessee. Ms. Preston earned her B.A. degree from Clayton College & State University and her J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School.
