is the founding shareholder of MDK Law, a firm emphasizing corporate, commercial and property law, and consulting in matters involving federal and international taxation. He is admitted to practice in Washington, New York, Texas and Oregon. Mr. Kimball is an adjunct professor of law at Eotvos Lorand and Masaryk Universities in Europe, and has served as a law school guest lecturer at Seattle University School of Law. He is also engaged as an expert witness in superior court cases involving limited liability companies, governance, and other member issues. Mr. Kimball has been admitted to the Second Circuit Bar (New York, Connecticut and Vermont), Fifth Circuit Bar (Texas and Louisiana), and the Oregon State Bar. He earned his J.D. degree and LL.M. (taxation) degree from the University of Washington School of Law, and also holds an LL.M. degree in transnational commercial practice from Europe.

He has extensive experience representing corporations in litigation matters in the federal and state courts of Utah and California, involving products liability, false advertising, intellectual property, general commercial, and technology claims. Mr. Johnson has published articles in several different legal fields, including the admissibility and use of expert evidence in the Tenth Circuit. He has been named as among the Best Lawyers in America®. Mr. Johnson earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School.

Ms. Manzoor regularly drafts various agreements, including Independent Contractor Agreements, Purchase and Sale Agreements, Real Estate Contracts, and Withdrawal Agreements. Before joining MDK Law, she worked in Pakistan and England, where her practice encompassed commercial and corporate disputes along with litigation work. Ms. Manzoor holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University Of Warwick, UK, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B Hons) from the University of London. Soon after being called to the Bar of England and Wales, she moved to the United States and is now licensed to practice in Washington. is an attorney with MDK Law having over 15 years of experience in corporate and commercial law transactions, litigation and arbitration, commercial contracts, as well as international corporate transactions and dispute resolution. Mr. Larkin has spent more than ten years practicing in Southeast Asia, focusing on Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore and the Lao PDR. In this capacity, he advises foreign investors on doing business in emerging markets, including establishing business entities, corporate acquisitions, licensing and permitting compliance. In the context of international transactions, he has been involved in conducting due diligence on foreign acquisition targets including major beverage manufacturing entities, telecommunications operators, hotels, power plants and commercial airlines. His practice includes a focus on dispute resolution, having acted for clients in cross-border commercial arbitration matters conducted in Singapore and other Southeast Asia jurisdictions, as well as on cross-border enforcement of arbitral awards. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Larkin was a mechanical engineer designing customized ultrahigh-pressure waterjet equipment used in cutting glass, metals and composites, as well as for use in certain projects aimed at prolonging the working life of aging nuclear power plants. He earned his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and his J.D. degree from Seattle University. Mr. Larkin is admitted to practice in Washington (All State Courts) and is a Licensed Washington Professional Engineer.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
