Brock L. Wimberley
is an attorney with Strauss Massey Dinneen LLC. His practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage and defense, including bad faith and extra-contractual litigation, catastrophic/disaster claims and related mass litigation, first and third-party property damage, and first and third-party personal injury, flood, and insurance fraud. Mr. Wimberley earned his Bachelor of Science in Management (B.S.M.) degree from Tulane University. He graduated, cum laude, from LSU Law School, earning his J.D. degree and a graduate diploma in comparative law (D.C.L.). Mr. Wimberley is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state and federal courts.

Thomas G. Martin
is a legal AI advocate, lawyer, author and speaker. He is CEO and founder of LawDroid, an award-winning generative AI legal technology company, and co-founder of the American Legal Technology Awards. Clients include ARAG Legal Insurance, Fasken, Tennessee Alliance for Legal Services, Palace Law, and many law firms. Mr. Martin has been honored by the American Bar Association as a Legal Rebel, and as a Fastcase 50 honoree. He has presented as a speaker at ABA TechShow, LSC's Innovations in Technology, LegalWeek, ILTACON, Clio Con, Legal Innovators, FutureLaw, and many other conferences worldwide. Mr. Martin's writing has been published in the ABA's Law Practice Today, Law Technology Today and GP Solo Magazine to name a few. He has also been featured on numerous podcasts, including Legal Rebels, Un-Billable Hour, Lawyerist, the Digital Edge, and New Solo. Mr. Martin also has his own substack and podcast, LawDroid Manifesto. He serves as a mentor at the Yale Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking and ATJ Tech Fellows. Mr. Martin is a graduate of Yale and UCLA School of Law.
