Abigail Chacón
is an attorney at Cokinos | Young. She has defended general contractors and subcontractors involving construction defect matters throughout central and south Texas. Ms. Chacon has also represented defendants regarding commercial disputes, personal injury, premises liability, and product liability matters. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration. In her career, Ms. Chacon has gained extensive courtroom experience and successfully briefed, argued motions, and handled depositions and trial preparation. She earned her B.A. degree from University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. degree from Michigan State University College of Law.

Gabriella Oxford
is an attorney at Gray Reed. She focuses her practice on resolving complex commercial disputes. With particular experience in the energy and construction industries, she has experience handling litigation related to a wide variety of matters for commercial and industrial projects, including matters related to the construction of natural gas pipelines and compressor stations, residential and multifamily projects, and frac-sand-mining facilities. In addition, Ms. Oxford has extensive experience with construction defect cases, partnership disputes, and advising owners, developers, and contractors on major infrastructure projects, including PPP projects. Her experience includes an array of environmental regulatory, commercial litigation and debtor-creditor rights issues. Ms. Oxford also has experience working for and representing governmental entities, including navigation districts in disputes relating to land and water rights issues. She earned her B.S. degree from The University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. degree from The University of Texas School of Law.

Talmage Boston
is a partner Shackelford, McKinley & Norton, LLP. He has been recognized on three different occasions as one of the top litigators in the state of Texas. Mr. Boston handles commercial litigation in both trials and appeals, and has been board-certified in civil trial Law since 1988 and civil appellate law since 1990 by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. During his 40-year career, he has successfully represented clients in state and federal court lawsuits and arbitrations involving oil and gas, real estate, banking, intellectual property, and partnership disputes. Mr. Boston has successfully tried many jury trials throughout Texas and prevailed in appellate courts all over the state, including the Texas Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from The University of Texas at Austin; and his J.D. degree from The University of Texas at Austin.

Blake Wilson
is a shareholder at Winstead PC. His forte lies in navigating complex construction and business disputes, whether that be through mediation, litigation, or otherwise. Mr. Wilson has extensive experience litigating matters in both state and federal court, as well as arbitration and administrative proceedings, and has achieved successful outcomes for clients at all stages of litigation, including early pre-trial stages and up through trial and appeal. His experience includes representing both public and private entities in commercial construction and real estate disputes involving land and subdivision development, multi-family projects, government buildings and developments, high-rise commercial and condominium developments, hotels, and industrial warehouse and facilities projects. Mr. Wilson has established himself as an accomplished litigator of a wide variety of claims and issues, including construction defects, schedule delay claims, payment and accounting issues, governmental compliance and public procurement concerns, employee injury investigations, and numerous other breach of contract and tort claims. He earned his B.S. degree from Texas A&M University and his J.D. degree from Baylor Law School.

Ryan Steinbrunner
is of counsel at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. He represents a wide range of clients on litigation disputes. Mr. Steinbrunner has successfully tried complex commercial litigation cases as both first and second chair as both plaintiff and defendant in matters that involve securities and common law fraud; partnership disputes, including breach of fiduciary duty; shareholder class actions; misappropriation of trade secrets; breach of contract; and violation of relevant consumer laws, including the DTPA. His work includes matters before state trial courts and arbitral panels. Mr. Steinbrunner earned his B.A. degree from Texas A&M University and his J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law.

Elizabeth Dye
is an attorney at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. She focuses her practice on complex construction claims and insurance coverage disputes. Ms. Dye has experience in jurisdictions across the country, as well as with cross-border disputes. She has broad experience in handling litigation related to construction defects, partnership disputes, and breach of contract; and has also represented companies in international and domestic arbitrations. Ms. Dye also represents clients in insurance recovery litigation, including builder's risk, liability, and commercial property coverage, as well as specialized coverages such as cyber and commercial crime insurance. She earned her B.A. degree from Washington and Lee University and her J.D. degree The University of Texas School of Law.

Patrick Kelly
is an attorney with Gray Reed. He is a commercial litigator with experience representing clients through every stage of the dispute resolution process. While serving as first and second chair, Mr. Kelly has successfully advocated for his clients in state, federal and bankruptcy courts across Texas. With clients in the construction, oil and gas, banking, private equity and manufacturing industries, he has experience with a broad range of legal issues, including breach of contract, fraud, partnership disputes, business divorces, payment disputes, construction defects, liens, payment bond claims, adversary proceedings, the bankruptcy claims process, Chapter 11 bankruptcy issues, UCC claims, and sovereign immunity. Mr. Kelly earned his B.A. from The University of Texas at Arlington, and his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association (Commercial Law, Construction Law, and Bankruptcy Sections), and Houston Young Lawyers Association. Mr. Kelly is admitted to practice in Texas, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western districts of Texas.

is an attorney at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. His representative experience includes serving as trial counsel in both state and federal courts in more than a dozen states across the nation. Mr. McMichael primarily prosecutes contractual and extra-contractual claims against insurers, while also representing businesses and high-net-worth individuals in commercial disputes throughout the state of Texas and beyond. He also advises policyholders on emerging insurance coverage issues, including issues impacting property and casualty coverage, business interruption coverage, directors and officers coverage, and other specialized coverages.
