Speaker bio
Michael M. Nelson
is the founder of DFDR Consulting LLC, and has consulted on and examined data for numerous personal, corporate, criminal, civil and domestic cases. He has testified, been deposed and submitted affidavits as a digital forensics expert on multiple occasions in multiple states. Mr. Nelson was acknowledged in EnCE The Official EnCase Certified Examiner Study Guide (second and third editions) and Mastering Windows Network Forensics and Investigation (second edition). He has also been published in eForensics Magazine for SQL investigation techniques. In addition to authoring, Mr. Nelson has also presented at the Legal Intelligencer's Litigation Summit on eDiscovery Practice Tips, as well as on forensics and eDiscovery tips for Prime Global and Wolters Kluwer CCH. Furthermore he has spoken on obtaining life data, Macintosh forensics and building a flexible eDiscovery process for Appalachian Institute of Digital Evidence. Mr. Nelson served as a panel expert on cybersecurity and compliance for the East Coast Gaming Congress & iGaming Institute. He was also a featured speaker at multiple National Business Institute events in 2019. Mr. Nelson is a member of the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners (ISFCE), Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2), High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA), Infragard (Federal Bureau of Investigation's Collaborative Infrastructure Protection Society), International Association of Computer Investigation Specialists (IACIS) and the Philadelphia Area Chapter of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He was a previous president of the Delaware Valley Chapter of HTCIA. His industry credentials include: AccessData certified examiner (ACE), AccessData mobile examiner (AME), certified computer examiner (CCE), cellebrite certified mobile examiner (CCME), certified data recovery professional (CDRP), crtified ethical hacker v8 (CEHv8), certified forensic computer examiner (CFCE), certified information systems security professional (CISSP), EnCase certified examiner (EnCE), offensive security certified professional (OSCP), offensive security wireless professional (OSWP) and Security+. Additionally, Mr. Nelson holds a B.S. degree, cum laude, in computer science with a specialization in network security and computer forensics from the University of Delaware.

Matthew B. Jorden
is founding member at Jorden Law Group, where his practice focuses on plaintiff's personal injury, criminal defense and representation of licensed professionals in administrative proceedings. He has handled complex litigation involving products liability, transportation accidents, and governmental liability. Additionally, Mr. Jorden has defended clients in high profile cases prosecuted by the SEC and has had the opportunity to argue before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, California, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Jorden earned his B.A. degree from Allegheny College and his J.D. degree from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, where he graduated cum laude.

Louis A. DePaul
is a member of the law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, where he concentrates his practice on business litigation. His practice and experience cover a broad range of business litigation, including complex commercial litigation, class action litigation, products liability litigation, real estate litigation, intellectual property litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and employment disputes. Mr. DePaul has litigated cases in state, federal, bankruptcy, and appellate courts in multiple jurisdictions, and his experience extends to commercial arbitrations and mediation. He is a fellow of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation and a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association. Mr. DePaul earned his B.S. degree, with highest graduating distinction, from Carnegie Mellon University and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Bradley J. Kitlowski
is an attorney with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, and has litigated a variety of disputes in state and federal courts. He focuses on commercial litigation issues concerning real property disputes, including lease issues, mining and mineral rights, and oil and gas matters. Mr. Kitlowski also focuses on litigation matters pending in Orphans' Court Divisions of Pennsylvania state courts, including estate and trust litigation. He has significant background in representing financial institutions in various litigation matters, including lender liability actions. Additionally, Mr. Kitlowski has experience litigating copyright and trademark infringement issues and products liability matters. He also actively pursues pro bono opportunities, including the representation of prisoners pursuing civil rights claims in federal courts, and the representation of clients before administrative law judges on appeals from denied Social Security claims. Mr. Kitlowski currently serves as the head for the Protection From Abuse pro bono program for the firm's Pittsburgh office, and manages Pittsburgh's Project H.E.L.P. (Homeless Experience Legal Protection). He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and its Elder Law Committee. Mr. Kitlowski earned his B.A. degree from Cornell University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
