Additionally, Mr. Cinti has regularly brought his talents to the aid of clients in disputes involving breach of contract and a variety of commercial torts. He also has significant experience in assisting clients in various aspects of insurance coverage, including bad faith claims, declaratory judgment and insurance agent/broker malpractice. She has argued issues of first impression before the Pennsylvania Superior Court (Middle District) and has successfully defended general liability matters before a jury, receiving a non-suit on behalf of a hospital client. Ms. Moyer has significant experience in ADR of vehicle, general liability, and medical negligence claims. She earned her B.A. degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law.

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
