Allison Patterson
is an attorney at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP where she handles insurance coverage and commercial litigation matters, including premises liability, construction defect and general negligence. She provides insurance coverage advice to insurer and policyholder clients on issues arising under multiple types of contracts and insurance policies, including commercial, general liability, professional liability and excess/umbrella liability policies. Ms. Patterson earned her B.S. degree from Post University, her J.D. degree from Widener University Delaware Law School and her LL.M. degree in trial advocacy from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.

Mark C. Severino
is deputy managing partner of the Las Vegas office of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP. He handles a wide array of insurance defense matters with an emphasis on aviation and aerospace. Mr. Severino represents major domestic airlines, fixed-base operators, aircraft and aircraft parts manufacturers, and general aviation operators throughout the country in matters ranging from minor injuries to catastrophic injuries, including matters involving multiple wrongful deaths. He also represents major aviation government contractors in claims nationally and internationally regarding catastrophic injury cases.In addition to his aviation and aerospace practice, he handles local general liability and premises liability matters for major big box retailers, liability matters for regional and national transportation and trucking companies, and insurance defense appellate matters. Prior to working at Wilson Elser, Mr. Severino represented indigent and private individuals in the defense of criminal matters, defended local companies in asbestos litigation, performed plaintiffs' personal injury work, and represented insurance companies in coverage and merits disputes. He earned his B.S. degree from University of Arizona and his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School.

John E. Dunlap
is a sole practitioner with Law Offices of John E. Dunlap in Memphis, where he is board-certified by the Tennessee Continuing Legal Education and Specialization Commission in consumer bankruptcy. Mr. Dunlap's main areas of practice include bankruptcy, workers' compensation, personal injury, ERISA litigation, and Social Security disability. He is admitted to practice before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Dunlap is a member of the Memphis and American bar associations, as well as the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis.
