Miriam Benton Barish
is an attorney at Anapol Weiss. She has dedicated her practice to helping individuals and families who suffered catastrophic injuries due to the reckless, negligent conduct of others. Ms. Benton Barish is proud to have successfully resolved numerous multi-million dollar cases on behalf of her clients providing them crucial compensation in the face of tragedy. Her practice focuses on complex personal injury litigation, products liability, toxic torts, premise liability, dram shop cases, construction accidents, motor vehicle and motorcycle accidents in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Benton Barish also represents clients who have suffered harm by vaccines and manages the firms vaccine department. Additionally, for many years her practice has emphasized protecting the rights of women who have been victims, providing them devoted and compassionate representation for the harm they suffered. Ms. Benton Barish earned her J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law.

Mr. Blazure earned his undergraduate degree from Wilkes University and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law.

is a partner at Margolis Edelstein. She has over 35 years of extensive trial and appellate experience in both federal and state court systems in the areas of general liability, product liability, construction law and government or municipal liability. Ms. Murphy represents a wide range of corporations, businesses, business owners and individuals including homeowners' associations, condominium associations, property management companies, contractors, retail, restaurant and bar establishments. Also included within Ms. Murphy's client base are insurers, homeowners, product manufacturers, industrial plants, apartment complexes, animal owners and rescuers and vehicle operators. She earned her B.A degree from Temple University and her J.D degree from Delaware Law School of Widener University.
