Mr. Berck regularly represents and advises his clients in matters concerning domestic and international agreements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project finance and captive insurance companies. He has extensive experience in international project and structured finance, private equity, and securities. Mr. Berck has worked with clients across the United States, U.K., Germany, Kazakhstan, Qatar and Kenya, among other jurisdictions. Ms. Belliotti is a published author who has developed and taught a variety of tax courses. She earned her B.S. degree in accounting from Robert Morris University.

How do I access my courses?

Do you have options for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing?

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
