Victoria Britton
is of counsel at Price, Meese, Shulman & D'Arminio, PC. She concentrates her practice in the areas of community association law, land use law, local government law, real estate and property law, and trial and appellate litigation. Ms. Britton represents clients in the acquisition, sale and development of commercial, industrial and residential real estate. She has represented municipal governments and land use boards across New Jersey. Ms. Britton presents applications for land use approvals for developers and applicants before local land use boards, as well as defends such applications in the courts. She is also experienced in representing municipal clients and developers regarding affordable housing matters. Ms. Britton counsels condominium and homeowners' associations on community association law matters for both residential and nonresidential properties.. She regularly lectures on areas related to land use and local government law. Ms. Britton serves as a director of the New Jersey State Bar Association Land Use Law Section and a panelist for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education. She is also an instructor and lecturer for New Jersey Planning Officials with seminars focused on New Jersey's municipal land use law. Ms. Britton is a trustee of the Burlington County Bar Association, serving as a co-chair of the Diversity, Inclusion and Leadership Committee. She earner her B.A. degree from Cornell University and her J.D. degree from University of Connecticut School of Law.

Alan P. Fox
is an attorney with Capehart & Scatchard, P.A. He is chair of Capehart Scatchard's Alternative Energy Group, representing clients in various sectors, including shopping centers, public and private schools, retail, office buildings, warehouses, farming, and residential properties. Mr. Fox has experience handling transactions related to photovoltaic solar powered electricity production systems including PPA, obtaining permits and approvals for utility scale projects in southern New Jersey, and solar systems for owners of industrial and commercial properties. Additionally, he serves as co-chair of the firm's real estate and land use group, and is a shareholder in its commercial litigation, and business and tax groups. Mr. Fox's 35+ years of experience in these areas includes presenting land use applications before planning/zoning boards, litigating zoning matters at the trial and appellate levels, serving as solicitor to the Riverside Township Planning and Zoning Boards for eight years, protecting creditors' rights, and performing as outside general counsel for various private companies with local, regional and national needs. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers College and his J.D. degree from California Western School of Law. Mr. Fox is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the districts of New Jersey, and Western and Eastern Pennsylvania.

Christopher D. Hopkins
is a shareholder with Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. and has over 15 years of experience intrinsic to the complex needs of developers; purchasers and sellers in connection with acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development and re-development of commercial real property. His practice runs the gamut of complex real estate transactions, with an emphasis on land acquisition and disposition, development approvals, redevelopment, financing (including construction, interim and permanent mortgage financing, mezzanine financing and equity participation), leasing (representing landlords and tenants in commercial, industrial and retail transactions), construction contracts and the structuring of business entities, affordable housing development, condominium association formation, and returning contaminated properties or "Brownfields" to beneficial use. Additionally, his practice extends to counseling clients on a variety of environmental regulatory compliance and permitting issues, including ISRA compliance, environmental due diligence, Superfund and other liability concerns. Mr. Hopkins participates in a number of industry organizations including, but not limited to the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Commerce and Industry Association, New Jersey Builders Association and the National Brownfield Association. He earned his B.S. degree from Rutgers University, Cook College; and his J.D. degree from Boston College Law School. Mr. Hopkins is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (Land Use Law Section), the New York State Bar Association (Real Property Law Section), and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Pamela M. Kapsimalis
is a partner with the law firm of Inglesino Taylor, and a member of the firms real estate and business law practice groups. She specializes in transactional matters, concentrating in corporate, commercial real estate, commercial lending, leasing, franchising and general business transactions. Ms. Kapsimalis has extensive experience in representing companies of all sizes, including retailers, not-for-profits and for-profit entities, restaurants, manufacturers, wholesalers, warehouses, and boutique exercise brands, from the inception of the business transaction through the management and/or sale or dissolution of business operations. She was previously a principal and chair of the business law department of a large New Jersey firm, and also served as general counsel to a national and international storage and shipping company. Ms. Kapsimalis is admitted to practice law in New Jersey. She earned her B.A. degree form Middlebury College and her J.D. degree form Seton hall University School of Law.

Bradley E. Marcum
is an attorney at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. He represents major corporations, REITs, institution investors, regional and national developers as well as lending institutions in a broad range of matters related to real estate law, including acquisitions, leases, construction financing, permanent financing and development. Mr. Marcum also advises clients on a wide array of federal, state, and local government incentives. He counsels clients on formation, structure, capital raising, deployment and investment in development projects across the country. Mr. Marcum also specializes in the provision of legal opinions in connection with commercial financing and real estate transactions ranging from local enforceability opinions to full opinions involving authority, authorization, enforceability, choice of law, creation and perfection of security interests in connection with complicated and high stakes matters. He has extensive land use and zoning experience in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and assists in zoning applications, appears before public boards, coordinates with various local municipality stakeholders and drafts detailed zoning analyses for complex projects. Mr. Marcum earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law.
