Mr. Markin represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of intellectual property litigation in federal district courts, appellate courts, and state courts. He also represents trademark owners and challengers in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board as well as in domain name disputes in Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy Complaints before the World Intellectual Property Organization and in other country-specific proceedings. Mr. Markin is a member of a number of professional organizations, including the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania bar associations, and the Union League of Philadelphia. He also graduated, summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh with his B.A. degree in history and political science.
