Bridget Reischl
is an attorney at Decoro Law Office, PLLC, in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is an elder law practitioner whose areas of practice include family and individual planning issues, estate planning and probate, guardianship and conservatorship, vulnerable adult issues, and Medicaid. Ms. Reischl is licensed in Minnesota and Washington. She is a member of the American, Minnesota State, Washington State, Minnesota Lavender, Hennepin County and Ramsey County bar associations; National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; and Minnesota Women Lawyers. Ms. Reischl earned her B.M. degree from the University of Rochester, Eastman School of Music, Rochester, New York; her A.D. degree from the University of Hartford, Hartt School of Music, West Hartford, Connecticut; and her J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota.

Ms. Urbaitis was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 2002. She earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and her Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Ms. Urbaitis is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, American Bar Association, and is a member of the following sections, groups and committees: ABA Section of Real Property, Trusts and Estates, ABA Law Practice Division, ABA Solo and Small Firm Division, ABA Elder Law and Special Needs Planning Group, ABA Trust and Estates Practice Group, ABA General Practice Division, and the New Hampshire Bar Family Law Trust and Estates sections.

Don D. Ford, III
is the managing partner with the law firm of Ford + Bergner LLP, and is board-certified in estate planning and probate. He has lectured to various professional groups on tax and estate planning, probate, and guardianships topics, and practices exclusively in these areas. In 2014, Mr. Ford was appointed by the chief justice of the Texas Supreme Court to serve as a commissioner on the Judicial Branch Certification Commission as a subject-matter expert in the area of guardianships. Additionally, he served from 2006 to 2014 on the Texas Guardianship Certification Board, where he served as the vice-chair of the committee and chaired the Rules Committee. Mr. Ford has also served on the editorial board of the Houston Lawyer Magazine, and the Board of Trustees for the Houston Lawyer Referral Service. He is a member of the Probate, Trusts and Estates sections of both the Houston and Dallas bar associations. Mr. Ford earned his B.B.A. and J.D. degrees from Baylor University, and worked on his Masters in taxation while in law school.

is an attorney and legal counsel with National Benefits Services LLC, where she handles all levels of trust and estate administration matters. She was previously in private practice for many years, where she practiced in the areas of estate planning and elder law. Ms. Barnes earned her B.A. degree from Edgewood College and her J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School. Her professional memberships include the State Bar of Wisconsin, Dane County Bar Association, Legal Association of Women, and the Madison Estate Planning Council. Ms. Barnes serves on a number of non-profit boards, is a frequent speaker at various continuing legal education seminars, and has served as guest faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is admitted to practice in the state of Wisconsin.
