James M. Snow
is a sole practitioner in High Point, where his areas of practice include estate planning and settlement, estate litigation, asset protection, elder law, workers' compensation, personal injury law and business law. Mr. Snow is a member of several professional organizations, including the NC Advocates for Justice and the North Carolina Bar Association. He is past president of the High Point Bar Association, and the first winner of the Fisher-Haworth Award for outstanding service to the bar. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Leah A. Foertsch
is office managing partner with Pannone Lopes Devereaux & O'Gara LLC, and a member of the estate and trust planning, administration and litigation team. Her practice focuses on advising individuals and families in all areas of trust and estate planning, and probate administration. In addition, Ms. Foertsch has extensive experience in representing individuals and businesses in asset protection, wealth management, and tax strategies, and has managed multi-million dollar real estate transactions, including structuring deals and providing title insurance for both commercial and residential properties. She also works with businesses on their succession planning strategies and has advised clients regarding the best structure to meet their needs and goals. Previously, Ms. Foertsch managed the estate planning and real estate practice for the Palm Beach Gardens office of a multi-state law firm, where she also handled the representation of fiduciaries in all aspects of probate administration. She earned her J.D. degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, her Master of Laws in taxation from the University of Miami School of Law and her undergraduate degree in sociology from Washington and Jefferson College in Pennsylvania. Ms. Foertsch is licensed to practice in Florida, and is a member of The Florida Bar, Tax and Real Property, Probate and Trust sections.

is a sole practitioner in Seattle at Isaacson Law Firm. He is a member of the Academy of Attorney-CPAs, whose practice focuses on IRA planning, estate and trust tax planning and controversy, and Medicaid benefits planning. Mr. Isaacson is the co-author of a handbook titled, Protect Your IRA, Avoid the 5 Common Mistakes. He earned his B.A. degree from St. Martin's College, his J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Denver.

He earned his B.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Colorado Mesa University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Wyoming College of Law.

He also provides counsel to personal representatives, trustees and beneficiaries during administration. In addition, Mr. Strobis represents clients throughout all phases of probate and trust litigation. He earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from Florida International University College of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from Florida State University. Mr. Strobis is licensed to practice in Florida and is a member of the The Florida Bar's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and Young Lawyers sections. He is also a member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association (Solo and Small Firm Practitioner's Section).
