James F. Freeman, III
is an attorney with Swanson Bernard, LLC where he practices in the areas of construction, land use, church, commercial litigation, business, contract, employment, probate litigation, appellate practice, transportation and corporate law. He is admitted to practice in Kansas and Missouri, and before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Claims, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth circuits, and the U.S. District Court for the districts of Kansas and Missouri. Mr. Freeman is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan, Kansas and American bar associations, as well as The Missouri Bar. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.

Frank Kosir, Jr.
is a partner with Meyer Unkovic & Scott LLP in Pittsburgh, and is a member of the firm's real estate and lending, litigation and dispute resolution, energy and mineral rights, and construction law groups. He has significant civil litigation and general practice experience in all areas of real property law. Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Kosir acquired extensive experience in all facets of real estate development, sales, construction and leasing with his family's home construction company. He represents clients in a wide range of matters, including commercial and residential real estate tax assessment appeals, commercial and residential sales and leasing, oil and gas lease negotiations, boundary line disputes, real estate title defense and claims, commercial and residential landlord-tenant proceedings, quiet title proceedings, eminent domain proceedings, condominium creation and amendment, and zoning and land use issues. Mr. Kosir earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Washington and Jefferson College and his J.D. degree from the Duquesne University School of Law. A member of the Pennsylvania, Allegheny County and Washington County bar associations, he formerly served on the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section Council. Mr. Kosir writes a monthly real estate case law update and a quarterly real estate update column. He is co-author of the books, Fagnilli and Kosir on Deeds-Fundamentals of Deed Drafting and Fagnilli and Kosir on Deeds-Fundamentals of Deed Drafting (2nd edition).

Lawrence S. Glosser
is a partner with Ahlers Cressman & Sleight PLLC. He is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of real estate transactions and financing. Mr. Glosser brings his past entrepreneurial experience to the practice of law, enabling him to understand both the legal and business issues presented in each transaction. He assists clients with understanding and evaluating legal issues associated with real estate and business transactions, enabling clients to analyze risk, and make informed business decisions. Mr. Glosser graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Washington and before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.

Andrew M. Yoder
is an attorney with the Law Office of Andrew M. Yoder, where he has been in law practice for more than 18 years as a litigation attorney. He also is president of Advanced Property Management Team, LLC, assisting landlords to find, qualify and manage residential and commercial properties. Mr. Yoder is a licensed real estate agent and an adjunct professor with Indiana Tech. He has taught in the areas of public policy/political science, business law, business ethics, labor law and criminal justice for graduate and undergraduate students. Mr. Yoder has been trained as a civil mediator. He earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Valparaiso School of Law.
