Matthew Donnelly
is an attorney at Dallas W. Hartman P.C., located in New Castle, Pennsylvania. He dedicates his practice exclusively to Pennsylvania workers' compensation representation. Mr. Donnelly has perspective from both sides of the aisle having previously worked for a major workers' compensation insurance defense firm. Currently, he represents injured workers seeking to obtain or defend their workers' compensation benefits in all stages of case handling, from initial client intake through appellate practice. Mr. Donnelly has previously lectured as a panel member for pre-law students at Grove City College. He earned his B.A. degree from Grove City College and his J.D. degree from Dusquesne University. Mr. Donnelly is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Mercer County Bar Association.

Kevin W. Washburn
is an attorney with Allen, Summers, Simpson, Lillie & Gresham, PLLC. His legal career has been devoted to the representation of employers in employment related matters. Mr. Washburn represents national and international clients in all areas of employment law with emphasis in the Fair Labor Standards Act (wage and hour), Family Medical Leave Act, workers' compensation defense, Title VII claims defense and affirmative action compliance matters to include corporate representation during Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP) audits and Affirmative Action Plan drafting. He has successfully represented corporate clients in courts across the state of Tennessee, to include the Tennessee Supreme Court and Tennessee Supreme Court Special Workers' Compensation Panel, as well as the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Mr. Washburn also has successfully represented corporate clients before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). He also drafts and revises employee handbooks and personnel policies, and assists corporate clients in compliance issues involving the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) WARN Act and other federal and state labor laws. Mr. Washburn has written several programs for use at various continuing legal education seminars and corporate conventions and has been published by the Club Managers Association of America. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of North Alabama and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis School of Law. Mr. Washburn is a member of the American (member, Labor and Employment Law Section), Tennessee and Memphis bar associations.

Andrew A. Adams
is an attorney with the law firm of Curtis Porter & Adams Law PLLC in Idaho Falls. He has completed the Industrial Commission's Workman's Compensation certification and focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation law. Mr. Adams earned his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho and his J.D. degree from Phoenix School of Law.

Jerry Sisk
is the president/owner of Mottaz & Sisk Injury Law in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. He is an accomplished Minnesota workers' compensation attorney who dedicates his practice to helping injured workers and improving the workers' compensation system. Mr. Sisk earned his B.A. degree from Michigan State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota School of Law. He is on the Executive Committee for the Minnesota State Bar Association and Minnesota Association of Justice. Mr. Sisk is also the former president for the Anoka County Bar Association. He is the current chair of the Workers' Compensation section of the Minnesota Association of Justice. Mr. Sisk also serves as a mediator/arbitrator for the Minnesota Union Construction Workers' Compensation Program.
