Patrick Sullivan
is president and founder of the Law Office of Patrick Sullivan, P.C. His family has been practicing law in Indiana for over 100 years. As a fourth-generation attorney, Mr. Sullivan has had direct exposure to the evolution of the practice of law and to the legal institutions in Indiana. His practice areas include business planning, charitable giving, estate planning, litigation, probate, tax planning and family law. Mr. Sullivan graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in finance and international business. He then obtained his juris doctorate from Indiana University's Robert H. McKinney School of Law. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Sullivan is a Certified Financial Planning (CfP®) practitioner, Chartered Benefits Consultant (CBC), Professional Plan Consultant (PPC), and licensed insurance agent for life, health and long-term care. He has also served in various leadership capacities, including serving as president of Foundational Insurance Advisors, LLC. Mr. Sullivan also serves on the Echelon Board of the Salvation Army. He writes on legal and business matters, and has been both featured and quoted in the Indiana Lawyer. Mr. Sullivan is licensed to practice law in Indiana.

James F. Bohrer
is a partner at Clendening Johnson & Bohrer, P.C., and has practiced law in Indiana for 40+ years and concentrates on estate planning and probate, real estate transactions and real estate development, zoning, business law, and tax protests and appeals. He is board-certified as a trust and estate lawyer by the Trust and Estate Certification Board of the Indiana State Bar Association. Mr. Bohrer is past president of the Hoosier Hills Estate Planning Counsel. He serves as a faculty member for various educational seminars in real estate development, business succession planning, and estate and probate matters. Mr. Bohrer is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is also an associate member of the Indiana Certified Public Accountants Society. Mr. Bohrer also served on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Trust and Estate Specialty Board of the Indiana State Bar Association and served on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Bar Foundation. He is an Indiana native and has lived in Bloomington for over 40 years. Mr. Bohrer is a magna cum laude graduate of the Indiana University Mauer School of Law.

Amy L. VonDielingen
is a partner with Krieg DeVault LLP, where she practices corporate, M&A, business succession planning and estate planning. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association and National Association of Women Business Owners. Ms. VonDielingen earned her B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Indianapolis and her J.D. degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Indiana.

Judy L. Woods
has been a litigator for 30+ years, representing plaintiffs and defendants in trials and appeals in complex commercial and "bet the company" litigation, including antitrust, intellectual property, class actions, mass torts, ERISA, fraud, false claims, trade, financial, shareholder, corporate governance and First amendment disputes. She is an advisor and investigator for companies and professional advisors on ethics, compliance and risk management. She is a frequent speaker/author on ethics and compliance issues; civil procedure, and commercial law. Ms. Woods graduated from Macalester College, B.A. magna cum laude; Bryn Mawr College, M.A; Indiana University McKinney School of Law, J.D., cum laude. She is admitted in U.S. Supreme Court, multiple U.S Courts of Appeal and District Courts; all Indiana Courts. Ms. Woods is a member of American Arbitration Association's panels of neutrals for large and complex cases, commercial and consumer cases; International Center for Dispute Resolution.
