William F. Seymour, IV
is a shareholder of FloranceGordonBrown PC, where he is a member of the firm's litigation, business law, and estate planning and administration practice groups. He advises clients on issues relating to business disputes and other commercial litigation matters. Mr. Seymour also assists and represents clients in commercial and real estate transactions, and counsels clients on estate planning, and estate and trust administration issues. As part of his estate and trust practice, he routinely addresses tax issues arising during estate and trust administration. Mr. Seymour is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, Richmond Bar Association and Henrico Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Hampden-Sydney College and his J.D. degree from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law.

Lisa M. Campo
is a senior associate attorney at Hale Ball Murphy PLC. She has been with the firm since 2007 as a legal assistant, before attending law school and as a law clerk during law school. After passing the Virginia bar, Ms. Campo continued with the firm as an associate attorney. She graduated from University of Baltimore School of Law in Baltimore, Maryland. Ms. Campo concentrates her practice in the areas of trust and estate litigation, fiduciary litigation, contested guardianships and conservatorships, business litigation, civil litigation, and probate. She has appeared numerous times before many circuit courts throughout Virginia and has participated in appeals before the Court of Appeals of Virginia and the Supreme Court of Virginia. Ms. Campo is a member of the Virginia Bar Association and the Fairfax Bar Association.

Richard John Ruddy, Jr.
is the founder and owner of The Ruddy Law Firm in Fairfax, Virginia, where his practice focuses on small business, estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration, and adult guardianship. Mr. Ruddy is a member and past president of the Fairfax Bar Association. He is the creator and publisher of The Probate Nation at www.probatenation.com and the host of the local public TV show entitled "How to Probate an Estate." Mr. Ruddy earned his B.A. degree in economics from St. Vincent College, his J.D. degree from the University of Richmond Law School, his L.L.M. (tax) degree at Georgetown University Law Center and a CFP certificate from the College of Financial Planning.

John F. Rodgers
is a partner in the law firm of Redmon Peyton & Braswell, LLP. He has practiced estate and business planning and tax law for 40 years. Mr. Rodgers was admitted to the Virginia and District of Columbia Bars in 1979 and to the Florida Bar in 1980. He is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation and serves on its Estate Planning and Closely Held Business committees. He has co-authored several books on estate planning, limited liability companies, and will drafting. Mr. Rodgers has served as an instructor of business law at Strayer University. In his fields of emphasis, he has advised companies as to the tax and business aspects of mergers and acquisitions, business formation issues including choice of entity, and business tax issues such as compliance and audit representation. Mr. Rodgers has worked extensively in the areas of trusts and estates, estate administration, and as tax counsel to large estates. He has successfully contested local and state tax assessments on behalf of businesses including: license tax, business personal property tax, and sales tax assessments. Mr. Rodgers earned his B.B.A. and B.B.S. degrees from Southern Methodist University, and his J.D. degree from William & Mary Law School.
