Beth A. McDaniel
is the principal of the Law Offices of Beth A. McDaniel, PLLC, and practices law in the in the areas of estate planning, special needs planning, guardianship, probate, elder law, and trust administration. She is a certified elder law attorney as accredited through the National Elder Law Foundation. Ms. McDaniel is also accredited through the Veterans Administration, which allows her to provide representation services to claimants before the Veterans Association. She is a member of the Washington Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Washington State and King County bar associations. Ms. McDaniel earned her B.A. degree from Seattle Pacific University and her J.D. degree from Pepperdine University.

Sarah L. Moen
is an attorney with Moen Law Offices, P.S. where she focuses her practice on fiduciary administrations and related litigation. She often receives appointments from the Court to serve as a fiduciary in probate, conservatorship, and trust proceedings. Ms. Moen received her B.A. degree from the University of Washington, her J.D. from Whittier College School of Law, and her LL.M. (Taxation) from Villanova University School of Law. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. She previously served as the KCBA Guardianship and Elder Law Section's Chair, Seattle Vice-Chair, Treasurer, and Chair-Elect. She is currently a member of the WSBA Client Protection Board and previously served on the WSBA Continuing Legal Education Committee from 2016 to 2019. Since 2018, Ms. Moen has served as a pro tempore Court Commissioner for the King County Superior Court. Ms. Moen has spoken at over two dozen CLE seminars and has authored several articles and publications on various fiduciary topics.

Amber K. Quintal
is a member of Ogden Murphy Wallace P.L.L.C. She is in the firm's business department and tax practice group. Ms. Quintal's practice includes federal, state and local taxation; general business for public and private sector clients; and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, professionals and business owners. Her practice encompasses tax efficient planning for individuals and businesses throughout the entire business lifecycle, defending taxpayers before both the IRS and the Washington Department of Revenue in audits and administrative appeals, wealth transfer planning for high-net-worth individuals and business owners, and tax-exempt organization advice and planning. Ms. Quintal's clients include high-net-worth individuals; business owners; professionals and key employees; closely held corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies; municipalities; and tax-exempt entities including hospitals, schools, other public charities and private foundations. Since 2014, she has also taught federal tax research and writing as a part-time lecturer for the University of Washington School of Law Graduate Tax Program (LL.M.), and Federal Tax Research and Decision Making for the Golden Gate University Masters in the Taxation Program. Ms Quintal is a member of the Washington State and American bar associations, and the Estate Planning Council of Seattle. She earned her B.A. degree the University of Washington, her J.D. and M.B.A. degrees concurrently from the University of Washington School of Law and the University of Washington Foster Business School, and her LL.M. degree, in taxation, also from the University of Washington School of Law.
