Alexandra C. Colby
is an attorney in the New Jersey office of Cokinos | Young. She mainly represents owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in private and public contract disputes. Ms. Colby worked on matters in state and federal court in eight states, and those in private mediations and arbitrations. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Washington College and her J.D. degree from American University Washington College of Law.

Michael Spizzuco, Jr.
is a member at Brach Eichler LLC. His primary focus is assisting clients in the construction, manufacturing and supply-chain management sectors, with an expansive litigation practice encompassing both New Jersey and New York state and federal courts. He represents construction companies of all sizes in various matters including construction defects, contractual disputes, mechanic/construction lien law claims, warranty claims, and public-works project disputes. Mr. Spizzuco also reviews and drafts contracts for businesses, project owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Additionally, he serves his clients in defending Division of Consumer Affairs investigations. Mr. Spizzuco is a sophisticated commercial litigator, with significant experience in shareholder-dispute, consumer fraud, products liability, franchise practices, real estate claims and class-action matters. He has extensive experience in defending new and used automobile dealers in all facets of litigation, including consumer lawsuits, franchise terminations, ownership transfers, and warranty reimbursement matters. Mr. Spizzuco earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.

John Mitchell
is a partner at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. He serves as leader of the firm's Princeton office and is a member of the construction and real estate litigation group. Mr. Mitchell helps clients manage and resolve complex construction disputes, real estate litigation, large environmental lawsuits and other complex commercial litigation matters. He assists his clients in mediations, arbitrations and litigation matters throughout the country, mastering the technical facts of the cases and collaborating with clients to secure favorable results. Mr. Mitchell also advises clients on risk management and avoidance, based on his thorough understanding of the clients' businesses and operations and experience resolving commercial disputes. He earned his B.A. degree from Hofstra University and his J.D. degree from Hofstra University School of Law.

Mr. Wardell partners with clients to identify and deliver resolution strategies tailored to business needs, from settlement to arbitration to litigation. Roy Viola Jr.
is a partner at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP. As a first-chair trial lawyer for more than 25 years, he has tried 35 jury trials across the country. Mr. Viola handles all aspects of litigation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including toxic tort, asbestos, talcum powder, contaminated food, environmental, and construction defect cases. He has also been involved in the opioid litigation, representing wholesale pharmaceutical distributors in both state and federal courts. Mr. Viola also litigates commercial, D&O, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) cases. He actively participates in all areas of discovery, including depositions, motions, and strategy development. Mr. Viola frequently is local counsel in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for various firm clients, regularly appearing in court for motions, hearings, and trials. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from East Stroudsburg University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law.

Alan S. Pralgever
is a partner with Greenbaum Rowe Smith & Davis LLP, where he concentrates his practice in business and commercial litigation, with a special focus in corporate, partnership and LLC split-ups and dissolutions, condominium matters and representation of associations, estate litigation, employment issues, consumer fraud act litigation, real estate, and intellectual property disputes. Mr. Pralgever has handled a wide variety of complex commercial and corporate litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations in both New Jersey and New York. He is certified by the New Jersey Superior Court as a civil mediator. Mr. Pralgever is also accredited as an attorney by the U.S. Department of Veteran's Affairs for the purpose of preparing, presenting, and prosecuting claims before the VA. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Lafayette College, his M.A. degree from Columbia University and his J.D. degree from Antioch School of Law. Mr. Pralgever is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey, and Executive Committee, Marie L. Michael X. McBride
is the managing partner and co-chair at Connell Foley LLP. He has a family background in construction and real estate that dates back more than a century, providing him with an intimate knowledge of the industry and the legal issues faced by his clients. Mr. McBride regularly represents owners, developers, contractors and vendors in all aspects of real estate development and construction. Under his leadership as Connell Foley's Managing Partner from 2010 through 2015, the firm grew by more than 20 percent. He effectively resolves a wide array of disputes that often arise during the development process, from approvals to construction defects and delays, leasing matters and hazardous waste issues. Mr. McBride is especially adept at devising creative, cost-effective solutions to problems, especially involving governmental authorities, that can threaten to delay or derail a project. He also represents a private equity fund that purchases, develops, leases and sells large industrial tracts in the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest. In addition, Mr. McBride successfully negotiated the merger of McBride Enterprises, Hudson Bay, a private real estate fund capitalized by Crescent Real Estate Equities (a REIT trading on the NYSE) and Penn Square Properties Inc. into an entity called Keystone Property Trust, a REIT trading on the NYSE that was sold to Prologis. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Stanford University and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University.

Thomas S. Cosma
is of counsel at Connell Foley LLP. He has 40 years' experience advising small and middle-market businesses and in resolving substantial commercial disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation. With a focus on construction, commercial, corporate and business law, Tom has litigated matters before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court and New Jersey State courts. He advises businesses on a wide range of issues, corporate planning, litigation and contract review. Many of his clients are real estate development entities, including federally subsidized housing projects in New York and New Jersey, as well as professional entities such as law firms, engineering firms, architects and other limited partnerships. His clients appreciate his responsiveness, efficiency and ability to anticipate problems that may affect a litigation strategy. He earned his B.A degree, cum laude, from Saint Peter's College and her J.D degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law.
