Vicki Bignell
is an attorney at Christensen & Prezeau, PLLP. Her litigation practice is focused on employment and civil defense. Ms. Bignell has successfully represented clients before administrative agencies, licensing boards, and state and federal courts. She also advises employers on legal matters, including personnel management, personnel policies, and employment contracts. Ms. Bignell helps her clients stay compliant with the ever-evolving state and federal employment laws. She graduated with high honors from the Alexander Blewett III School of Law at the University of Montana, where she was an executive editor of the Montana Law Review and a member of the National Moot Court team. Before joining Christensen & Prezeau, PLLP, Ms. Bignell clerked for Chief Judge Brian Morris of the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana and Justice Laurie McKinnon of the Montana Supreme Court.

Gabrielle M. Wirth
is a partner with Dorsey & Whitney LLP. Her successful trial experience in a broad range of employment disputes including wage and hour, whistleblower, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and trade secret/noncompetition cases, and her work with the corporate team on acquisitions and startups, equip her to nimbly assess and provide legally compliant options, whether in the counseling or litigation defense role. Ms. Wirth also represents employers before a wide variety of state and federal agencies including the EEOC, OFCCP, state human rights agencies, Labor Commission, Employment Development Department and OSHA. She earned her A.B. degree from the University of California, Berkeley and her J.D. degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law. Ms. Wirth is a member of the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys, John Muir Heritage Society, Yosemite Conservancy, Member and Breakfast Committee, Orange County United Way Women's Philanthropy Fund, Orange County United Way, and the Alexis de Tocqueville Society. She is admitted to practice in California, Montana, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Central, Southern and Eastern districts of California.

is of counsel with Crowley Fleck, PLLP in the firm's Billings, Montana office. She is a member of the employment law, healthcare, and tort litigation practice groups. Ms. Lervick specializes in matters before the Human Rights Bureau and the Office of Civil Rights, as well as a vast array of healthcare and government related issues. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the Honors Program at Montana State University, and her law degree from DePaul University College of Law. Roger G. Trim
is a principal in and office litigation manager of the Denver, Colorado office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He represents and counsels employers on the full range of employment matters including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of contract and noncompete cases. No matter the forum, and whether single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff or pattern and practice class actions, Mr. Trim has successfully defended employers in litigation involving Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, Family Medical and Leave Act, Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act, Colorado Wage Claim Act, Montana Wrongful Discharge from Employment Act, and 42 U.S.C. 1981 claims. Ms. Ayoub is a member of the firm's litigation practice group.
