Ms. Krebs earned her B.S. degree from the South Dakota State University and her J.D. degree from Creighton University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in North Dakota, Montana and South Dakota. Ms. Krebs is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, State Bar of Montana and State Bar of South Dakota.

Makenzi Mansfield
is an attorney with Montana Elder Law, Inc. in Missoula. Her practice focuses on estate planning and elder law with a concentration in probate and estate administration. Ms. Mansfield previously served as judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana for the Honorable United States Magistrate Kathleen L. DeSoto. She earned her J.D. degree at University of Montana in 2020.

is a managing partner with Measure Law in Kalispell, Montana. Her practice is focused on business law, real estate law, probate, trusts and estate planning. Ms. O'Brien earned her B.S. degree in International Business from the University of Montana, her J.D. degree from Lewis & Clark School of Law and her Taxation LL.M. from University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Montana. Ms. O'Brien is a fourth generation Montanan, originally from the Flathead Valley. She is delighted to have the privilege to live and practice law in northwest Montana where she enjoys time exploring in the mountains with friends and family.

is the CEO and managing attorney of Shyne Law Group in Bozeman, Montana. Her practice focuses on elder law, estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardian and conservatorship, as well as special needs and disability planning. Prior to opening Shyne Law Group, Ms. Shyne worked for Montana Elder Law and clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice Mike McGrath and the Honorable Michael Wheat of the Montana Supreme Court. She is a member of the Montana State Bar, the Business, Estates, Trusts, Tax & Real Property Section of the Montana State Bar, the Gallatin County Bar Association, and the Washington State Bar. In 2022, Danielle was recognized as Gallatin's Greatest and Gallatin's 20 under 40. She graduated magna cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Montana and Washington.
