Mr. Bollengier simultaneously earned his J.D. degree with his M.B.A. degree, highest honors, from St. Louis University and his LL.M. degree, cum laude, from Boston University. Known for her experience in complex estate and trust administration and tax resolution matters. including contested tax matters, Ms. Kelly works with clients to develop effective and efficient plans that center their unique goals and optimize tax advantages. She is well-versed in assisting families in planning for uncertainties in their future. She values authentically connecting with her clients, especially as they experience difficult times, such as grieving a loved one or preparing for death or incapacity. Ms. Kelly currently co-chairs the Rhode Island Bar Association's Probate & Trust Committee. Before joining Adler Pollock & Sheehan, PC, Ms. Kelly was most recently Of Counsel at Burns and Levinson LLP and previously a partner at a boutique business law and estate planning firm in Providence. Prior to entering the private sector, she was the chief of the Estate and Gift Tax Department at Rhode Island's Division of Taxation, where she was responsible for auditing all estate tax returns and reviewing all estate planning documentation accompanying the returns. Ms. Kelly also served as senior legal counsel, representing the state of Rhode Island in contested tax matters,  including income tax audits, corporate tax audits, and tobacco tax fraud cases. She also served as the keeper of the records for the Tax Division, liaising with state and federal agencies. Ms. Kelly earned her LL.M. degree in taxation from Boston University School of Law's Graduate Tax Program and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she was a member of the Honors Program and an articles editor on the Law Review Editorial Board.

As a a member of the firm's estate and trust planning, administration and litigation team, he provides clients with sophisticated estate planning, asset protection, wealth preservation, and tax minimization strategies. Mr. Craven's diverse experience encompasses not only wills, trusts and estates, and probate administration/litigation, but also criminal and civil litigation, and corporate and business law. He routinely advises clients with business incorporation and succession plans to ensure they are positioned for success, now and in the future. Prior to joining PLDO, Mr. Craven built a successful private practice counseling clients on business formation and risk management, contract disputes, estate planning and elder care. He devotes much of his spare time to educational, community and philanthropic causes. Mr. Craven is passionate about mentoring the next generation of attorneys and young professionals, as well as expanding children's knowledge and skills outside the classroom. He is an adjunct professor at the Community College of Rhode Island, where he educates students about the legal system. Mr. Craven earned his B.A. degree from the University of Rhode Island and his J.D. degree from New England School of Law. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association.
