is an attorney with Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC with his practice operating from Clarksburg and Morgantown, West Virginia. His areas of concentration are municipal law, trusts and estates, real property, and general business representation. Richard graduated from West Virginia University in 2005 with a B.S. degree in agribusiness management and rural development and West Virgina College of Law in 2008. He previously worked for McNeer, Highland, McMunn & Varner L.C. His practice has always focused on estates and estate planning, real property, and small businesses.

Rachel A. Jarvis
, Esq. and broker is an attorney, business owner, and real estate broker. She is a 2009 graduate of West Virginia University College of Law and a 2005 graduate of Marshall University where she graduated magna cum laude obtaining a bachelor's degree in criminal justice legal studies, a minor in French, and an associate's degree in legal assisting. Ms. Jarvis is licensed to practice law in West Virginia and Florida. She is the managing owner of Rachel A. Jarvis, Esq. PLLC and Wild Wonderful Realty, LLC. Her main areas of focus are estate planning, probate, and land development. She also serves as a trustee of the Clarksburg Harrison Public Library and is a founder and trustee of the Clarksburg Harrison Public Library Foundation. Ms. Jarvis and her husband, Brian Jarvis, own and operate WVNews and Hydrocarbon Well Services. She writes a weekly column for the Exponent Telegram titled the "Fare Report," which focuses on nutrition. Ms. Jarvis enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three children: Evelynn, Eleanor, and Elliott.
