is an attorney at law at Simon PLC Attorneys & Counselors, where he focuses his practice in loan workouts, commercial lending litigation, lender liability defense, default servicing and foreclosure, collections, and commercial loan documentation. Mr. Simon has been handling receiverships for over 20 years and he was recently appointed receiver on 14 building apartment buildings totaling over 510 units. He earned his B.A degree from University of Michigan, his J.D degree from University of Detroit School of Law and his graduate degree in banking from University of Wisconsin.

is a partner at Holland & Hart LLP where he works closely with lenders, borrowers and administrative agents, as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies, on complex debt and equity financings. He also represents various business interests in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic transactions. Clients value his ability to negotiate and structure financing arrangements that protect their interests and align with the larger business goals of the transaction. He brings decades of experience in restructurings and credit matters to transactions. In Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings across the country, Mr. Singer represents a range of stakeholders, including business debtors, creditors, trustees and committees. He often serves as lead counsel in connection with representing buyers and sellers in bankruptcy sales under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code and other distressed sale transactions. He is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy. Before joining Holland & Hart, Mr. Singer was a partner at Ballard Spahr LLP in Minneapolis. He previously served as an attorney on staff attorney with the National Bankruptcy Review Commission. Mr. Singer also served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Nancy C. Dreher U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota and to Judge William A. Hill, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of North Dakota. He earned his B.B.A degree from University of North Dakota and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from University of North Dakota School of Law.
