Matthew Wenzlau

is the founder of the WSE Firm, PLLC, located in Nashville, Tennessee and Scottsdale, Arizona. For over 25 years, he has worked in the music, film, entertainment, and privacy/data industries Mr. Wenzlau's body of work includes securitization, funding and distribution for multi-million-dollar motion pictures; production counsel/producer for feature-length films and television shows; and general counsel for Grammy award winning music artists. His practice also includes specialized trusts, legal and branding matters, and client representation before federal, state and local regulatory agencies, including the USPTO, United States Copyright Office, and the SEC. Mr. Wenzlau is a long-time member of the Recording Academy, Gospel Music Association and the Country Music Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Baylor University, his J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law and his M.B.A. degree from Arizona State University. Mr. Wenzlau is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of Tennessee.

Do you have options for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing?

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
