Uzzell S. Branson, IV
is a senior attorney in RMO LLP's San Diego office. He brings over a decade of experience in probate litigation. Mr. Branson's practice focuses on representing heirs, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, creditors and other interested parties in litigated probate, contested conservatorship, and financial elder abuse cases. He earned his B.A. degree in philosophy from the University of California and his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. Mr. Branson is a member of the San Diego County Superior Court Bench-Bar Committee, San Diego County Bar Association (member at large), Los Angeles County Bar Association, Probate Attorneys of San Diego (board member), Southwestern College Paralegal Advisory Board and Volunteer Settlement Officer, San Diego Superior Court. He is admitted to practice in California.

Amy E. West
has 20 years of experience in both family and criminal law, and is certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in family law. She joined Genesis Family Law APC, in April 2023. For the six years prior to joining Genesis, Ms. West worked as a senior litigation attorney in local firms. She also owned West Maldonado Law Group and was an owner-partner at Rhoads & West for 11 years. Ms. West has been the lead attorney on 30-plus trials, including countless family law trials, rape and criminal domestic violence jury trials, fraudulent conveyance and partition actions, and multiple contempt trials. She has also been the lead attorney on over 50 domestic violence restraining order and/or civil restraining order evidentiary hearings. Ms. West has written four and argued two appeals in front of the Fourth DCA. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Arizona and her J.D. degree, cum laude (Dean's List; Moot Court Honors Board; Pro Bono Honors; Amnesty International President) from California Western School of Law. Ms. West is admitted to practice in California and U.S. District Court, Southern and Central districts. She is a member of the California State Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association, San Diego Family Law Bar Association, Foothills Bar Association, Association of California Family Law Specialists, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.

Kristi D. Rothschild
is a partner with Rothschild & Alwill, APC, in Santa Barbara, and handles class action lawsuits involving misclassification of employees, sexual harassment, age, gender, medical and all other forms of discrimination and wrongful termination claims. She also regularly litigates wage and hour disputes for missed rest periods, missed meal periods, and off-the-clock work. In addition, Ms. Rothschild has handled a number of individual transgender sexual harassment cases, and also represents small, local employers for whom she provides legal counsel regarding setting up employment manuals, pay policies, and other mandatory policies. She teaches sexual harassment classes and provides employers with the tools they need to understand their rights in order to maintain compliance with all relevant laws. During her decade of practice, Ms. Rothschild has successfully mediated more than 50 complex cases to settlement, including several class action matters. She earned her B.S. and J.D. degrees from the Southern California Institute of Law. Ms. Rothschild is a member of the California State Bar, Santa Barbara County Bar Association, William L. Gordon Inns of Court, California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) and the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA). She is admitted to practice in California; U.S. District Court, Eastern,Southern District of California, Central and Northern districts of California.

Michael R. Overly
is a partner in Foley & Lardner LLP's Information Technology and Outsourcing Group, and Privacy, Security and Information Management groups. He is one of the few practicing lawyers who has satisfied the rigorous requirements necessary to obtain the Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC), Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP), and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certifications. Mr. Overly writes and speaks frequently regarding negotiating and drafting technology transactions and the legal issues of technology in the workplace, e-mail and electronic evidence. He has written numerous articles and books on these subjects and is a frequent commentator in the national press (e.g. New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, Wall Street Journal, ABCNEWS.com, CNN and MSNBC), and has testified before the U.S. Congress regarding online issues. Among others, Mr. Overly is the author of several books, including Big Data: A Business and Legal Guide (CRC Press 2014); A Guide to IT Contracting: Checklists, Tools and Techniques (CRC Press 2012); e-policy: How to Develop Computer, E-mail, and Internet Guidelines to Protect Your Company and Its Assets (AMACOM 1998); Overly on Electronic Evidence (West Publishing 2002); The Open Source Handbook (Pike & Fischer 2003); Document Retention in The Electronic Workplace (Pike & Fischer 2001); Licensing Ling-by-Line (Aspatore Press 2004); and Practice Guide: Drafting and Negotiating Effective Cloud Computing Agreements (LexisNexis (2015). He earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Texas A&M University and his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School, where he was articles editor of the Loyola Law Review and elected to Order of the Coif.
