Henry Norwood
is an attorney with Kaufman Dolowich LLP and concentrates his practice in ERISA litigation and compliance, general liability, commercial litigation, employment law, and managed care. Mr. Norwood represents clients in a wide range of managed care health litigation and compliance, including hospital liability defense, nursing home defense, commercial health disputes, HIPAA, and healthcare organizational issues. Mr. Norwood provides pro bono legal representation to refugees fleeing persecution and seeking asylum in the United States. He is admitted to practice in Maine, Massachusetts, Florida, and California. Mr. Norwood earned his B.A. degree from University of Maine and his J.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.

Samantha E. Hirsch
is an attorney at Margolis Edelstein. Her practice is centered on complex litigation, including collective, class, and single-plaintiff matters. Ms. Hirsch's focus is on employment litigation, defending employment disputes involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She also counsels and advises employers on best practices and compliance with federal, state, and local rules and requirements. Ms. Hirsch earned her B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. degree from Widener University - Delaware Law School. is an attorney with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC where she is a member of the labor and employment group. She focuses her practice on the representation of employers in all aspects of employment issues. Ms. Vests' experience in labor and employment law includes defending clients against allegations of discrimination and providing position statements to EEOC charges. She also counsels clients on employee handbooks and policies and employment agreements, including the enforcement and compliance of restrictive covenants. Ms. Vest earned her B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Liberty University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from South Texas College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Texas.
