Jeremy Eglen
is an attorney with Eglen + Anderson, which provides personal and business law services to individuals and small business owners, including business structure, contracts and agreements, wills and trusts, landlord-tenant matters, trademarks, and copyrights. Mr. Eglen shares his special interests and experience as an adjunct professor at Butler University, teaching classes on computer ethics and robot programming. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association. Mr. Eglen earned his B.A. degree in computer science from Dartmouth College and his J.D. degree from the College of William and Mary-Marshall Wythe Law School. He has spoken at a variety of events, for audiences as diverse as the American Antitrust Institute and the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigations.

Randolph M. James
is principal of Randolph M. James, P.C., where he practices in the areas of personal injury, business litigation, construction law, and professional malpractice. He earned his B.E.D.A. (Bachelor of Environmental Design and Architecture), with honors, from North Carolina State University and his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. Mr. James has spoken previously on various trial issues. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina State Bar (past member, Committee on Personal Injury Trial Law Specialization), American Association for Justice, and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. Mr. James is also an AOPA Panel attorney and has been a pilot for 47 years.
