Speaker bio
John E. Dunlap
is a sole practitioner with Law Offices of John E. Dunlap in Memphis, where he is board-certified by the Tennessee Continuing Legal Education and Specialization Commission in consumer bankruptcy. Mr. Dunlap's main areas of practice include bankruptcy, workers' compensation, personal injury, ERISA litigation, and Social Security disability. He is admitted to practice before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Dunlap is a member of the Memphis and American bar associations, as well as the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis.

Patrick O. Lacsina
is the principal of Patrick O. Lacsina Law Offices, LLC. He concentrates his practice on creditors' rights, commercial and residential foreclosure litigation, evictions, real estate transactions, collections, and bankruptcy litigation. Prior to starting Patrick O. Lacsina Law Offices, LLC, Mr. Lacsina represented major financial institutions as the managing attorney at one of New Jersey's largest default services law firms. He earned his J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School-Newark and his bachelor's degree in information systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Mr. Lacsina is licensed to practice in New Jersey and California.

is an attorney in the Marlton, NJ, office of Pincus Law Group PLLC. She focuses her practice in the areas of creditors' rights and mortgage foreclosure in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. McFadden-Roan is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court (District of New Jersey and Eastern District of Pennsylvania). Ms. McFadden-Roan earned her B.A. degree from Connecticut College and her J.D. degree from University of Connecticut School of Law.
