Richard J. Fox
is an attorney with the Law Office of Richard J. Fox PLLC, where his practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate. As legal counsel, he represents buyers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including title searches and closings, as well as property dispute resolution through mediation and litigation. As a title insurance agent, Mr. Fox reviews title opinions and issues title insurance policies. He is admitted to practice in Vermont and Massachusetts, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mr. Fox is a member of the Vermont, Massachusetts and Chittenden County bar associations, and is an agent for Vermont Attorneys Title Corporation. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers College and his J.D. degree from The George Washington University Law School.

James A. Hochman
is a partner with the Chicago firm of Schain Banks Kenny & Schwartz, Ltd., where he represents commercial real estate brokerage firms, landlords, tenants, and commercial real estate investors, assisting in all phases of commercial and residential real estate. Mr. Hochman is a frequent speaker on real estate broker related legal issues for state and local estate organizations. He co-wrote and sponsored the Illinois Commercial Real Estate Broker Lien Act, and through his drafting and lobbying efforts, several other states have adopted similar statutes. Mr. Hochman is also active in support of license portability legislation for commercial real estate brokers, and is the architect and drafter of statutes in several estates on that issue as well. He earned his A.B. degree from Brown University and his J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law.

is an attorney with the law firm of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP. His practice focuses primarily on tax and financial planning. Mr. Mandarino writes and speaks extensively on a wide range of business, tax and finance topics. He has published over 100 articles in journals and in-house newsletters, and has participated in over 200 presentations and seminars. Mr. Mandarino's articles have appeared in the National Law Journal, Mergers & Acquisitions magazine, Tax Notes Today, Journal of Real Estate Taxation, Journal of S Corporation Taxation, Journal of Multistate Taxation, Tax & Finance Newsletter and NYU Institute on Federal Taxation. In addition, he has spoken at meetings and seminars organized by numerous organizations, including the American Bar Association, White House Conference on Small Businesses, U.S. Small Business Administration, Georgia Electronic Commerce Association, Federation of Exchange Accommodators, International Reinsurance Conference, Service Corps of Retired Executives and the United Way, as well as several panel-type TV discussion programs. is an attorney at Bielagus Law Offices PLLC, where he focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate, both transactions and litigation. His experience includes closings, purchases, sales, purchase and sale agreements, deeds, notes, mortgages, foreclosures, lease agreements, evictions, subdivisions, condominiums and petitions to quiet title, as well as litigation of real estate matters. Mr. Bielagus was an assistant district attorney in New Mexico. He also served as a JAG officer with the Army National Guard. Mr. Bielagus is licensed to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and New Mexico, as well as the U.S. District Court D.N.H. and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court D.N.H. He earned his B.A. degree from St. John's College and his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School.
