Joseph C. Mandarino
is an attorney with the law firm of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP. His practice focuses primarily on tax and financial planning. Mr. Mandarino writes and speaks extensively on a wide range of business, tax and finance topics. He has published over 100 articles in journals and in-house newsletters, and has participated in over 200 presentations and seminars. Mr. Mandarino's articles have appeared in the National Law Journal, Mergers & Acquisitions magazine, Tax Notes Today, Journal of Real Estate Taxation, Journal of S Corporation Taxation, Journal of Multistate Taxation, Tax & Finance Newsletter and NYU Institute on Federal Taxation. In addition, he has spoken at meetings and seminars organized by numerous organizations, including the American Bar Association, White House Conference on Small Businesses, U.S. Small Business Administration, Georgia Electronic Commerce Association, Federation of Exchange Accommodators, International Reinsurance Conference, Service Corps of Retired Executives and the United Way, as well as several panel-type TV discussion programs. Mr. Mandarino earned his B.A. degree from the University of Toronto; his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Loyola University School of Law; and his LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law.

Mark S. Cherry
is a self-employed attorney and certified public accountant in a general practice law firm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. His firm has extensive experience in foreclosure prevention, real estate, tax law, and bankruptcy law. Mr. Cherry is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, federal district courts, bankruptcy court, Federal Court of Appeals, and U.S. Tax Court. He is also qualified as a certified valuation analyst (CVA) in business valuation and a master analyst in financial forensics (MAFF). Mr. Cherry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and American Association of Attorney - Certified Public Accountants (AAA-CPA). He earned his J.D. degree from the Delaware Law School of Widener University and his B.B.A. degree from Temple University (Moot Court Honor Society).

is a partner with Brann & Isaacson, whose practice includes trademark and copyright matters, privacy and data security counseling, commercial transactions, and trade regulation. He is a member of the Maine State (member, Intellectual Property Section) and American bar associations. Mr. Haley is an adjunct faculty member of the University of Maine School of Law. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Bowdoin College and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law.

Jacklyn Fetbroyt
is a member of Kang Haggerty & Fetbroyt LLC. She specializes in counseling companies and business owners through all stages of their ventures from conception to dissolution, assisting her business clients in all of their needs for maintenance and growth and represents her business clients in negotiating and documenting various transactions (including real estate or other property acquisitions, leases, master client/customer and vendor/supply agreements, etc.). And, should the business venture end, Ms. Fetbroyt works with her clients to ensure that the dissolution and wind up process is as smooth as possible. She also handles dispute resolution with the goal of resolving an issue thoroughly and efficiently so that her clients can get back to what they do best run a business. When necessary, Ms. Fetbroyt will zealously represent her clients in commercial litigation matters, including business owner disputes, breaches of fiduciary duties, contract disputes, and other business torts, such as business fraud and wrongful interference with business relationships. is a sole practitioner with Donner & Company Law Offices LLC in Wheaton, Illinois, where he concentrates in litigation, corporate maintenance, insurance law, real estate, and employment law. He frequently lectures on his areas of practice, and has written two treatises for Thomson Reuters (West) Publishing. Mr. Donner is an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the United States District Court, Northern and Central districts of Illinois; United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin; United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit; and the United States District Court, Central District of Indiana. Mr. Donner is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association (former president), DuPage County Bar Foundation, Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Bar Foundation (life fellow), American Society of Trial Consultants Foundation, and SCRIBES (Society of Legal Writers). He is a past recipient of the DuPage County Bar Association's Lawyer of the Year. Mr. Donner earned his B.A. degree from Roosevelt University and his J.D. degree from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
