Alexander Hill

is a partner in the Portland office of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP. He is a commercial litigator who defends businesses, employers, nonprofits, insurers, and other organizations in disputes throughout Oregon and Washington. As a former police officer and claims professional for a large insurance company, Mr. Hill brings a unique perspective to each case. In addition to his extensive experience handling insurance claims litigation, he is sought after in employment defense cases, including the representation of private universities for claims involving students and employees, as well as complex commercial disputes. He earned his B.A. degree from Portland State University and his J.D. degree from Albany Law School. Mr. Hill is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington. She has been a licensed attorney in the state of Ohio for more than 20 years, and has worked in the areas of labor and employment law, business and civil litigation, EEO, HR, AAP, corporate EEO issues, and workplace diversity and inclusion management and implementation. Ms. Srinivasan is currently in the HR Compliance Group at a utility company with over 15,000 employees. She has presented numerous seminar topics on the various federal and state employment laws, and has contributed articles for the Bar Journal of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and other publications in the areas of employment law, social media and work life balance. Ms. Srinivasan also regularly speaks on lactation laws in the workplace. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA); and a member of the CMBA's Labor & Employment Section, Women in Law Section, Lawyers Mental Health and Wellness Committee, and Diversity and Inclusion Committee. In addition, Ms. Srinivasan is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, certified as an Edison Electric Institute employment testing manager/lead, and has earned an internal Certification of Reliability Compliance Champion at her company. She earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Rochester and her J.D. degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was awarded the Paul J. is a partner in the Memphis Office of Fisher Phillips LLP with 35 years of successful experience counseling and representing employers in all aspects of workplace law in Tennessee and across the United States. He has helped employers avoid claims, charges, and lawsuits with a focus on preventative practices, including counseling on discipline, termination, demotion, promotion and other workplace changes, investigations, wage and hour compliance, reasonable accommodation assessment, supervisor training and the review of employment policies and procedures. Greg has successfully litigated hundreds of administrative charges, employment lawsuits, and arbitration demands on behalf of employers, including federal and state law claims alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, invasion of privacy, defamation, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations, among others. He represents employers in the prosecution and defense of trade secret claims, and in the enforcement of post-employment restrictive covenants such as non-compete, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements. He also represents employers in matters before the National Labor Relations Board, including unfair labor practice proceedings and in union representation elections. Greg has been selected for inclusion in Chambers USA, Labor & Employment, Mid-South Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America for Employment Litigation-Management side and Employment Law-Management, and LawDragon's 500 Leading U.S. Corporate Employment Lawyers. Greg is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and of the American Bar Foundation. In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
