is a partner in the law firm of Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP, and chair of the firm's Government Relations practice group. As a civil trial and appellate lawyer, he has litigated a wide variety of cases in Ohio and around the country. In the area of land use and zoning law, Mr. Zimmerman has handled numerous matters throughout administrative and legislative consideration and court action. He serves as national zoning counsel to a large company. In the area of eminent domain, he represents both property owners and governmental entities. Mr. Zimmerman served on the Shaker Heights City Council from 2006-2021. He served eight years as council's representative on the Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals. Mr. Zimmerman earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he currently serves as co-chairperson of the national council.

He has represented landowners, developers, institutions and non-profit groups for over 30 years in each and every phase of real estate law, including complex transactions, entity structuring, financing, land use approvals, land use litigation, eminent domain and real estate tax appeals. Mr. Stein is currently an adjunct professor of real estate law at the Temple University Beasley School of Law and lectures frequently to professional organizations. He also serves on the Legal Action Committee of the National Association of Home Builders, chair of the Political Action Committee, and a director of the Homebuilders Association of Bucks/Montgomery counties. In 2015, Mr. Stein was inducted into the HBA Hall of Fame. He has also served as a director and member of the Judiciary Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association. Mr. Stein has been designated as a Super Lawyer by Philadelphia Magazine in multiple years, as well as being recognized as among the Best Lawyers in America. is a partner at Schlachman, Belsky, Weiner & Davey, P.A., where he employs his extensive background in criminal law, administrative law and civil litigation to handle complex litigation in both state and federal courts. In addition to handling personal injury, civil rights and criminal matters, his practice also includes appeals, juvenile matters, and peace and protective order proceedings. Mr. Ball received his undergraduate education at the University of Maryland at College Park as a Banneker Key Scholar, where he graduated with dual degrees in government and politics, and African American studies. As an undergrad, he engaged in activities that provided a strong foundation for his analytical and trial skills; competing as part of the University of Maryland Mock Trial Team; serving as second vice president for the NAACP; serving as a representative on the Dean's Student Advisory Council; and acting as a community advocate for University Student Judiciary. Mr. Ball was also a contributing writer to various campus publications, honing his writing skills that he continues to utilize in his practice today. Following his undergraduate education, he earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
