Stewart Edelstein

is the author and presenter of more than 80 litigation-related articles, seminars, podcasts, and webinars for trial lawyers; and most recently the third edition of his book, "How to Succeed as a Trial Lawyer" (ABA 2025). During his 40-year career as a commercial trial lawyer, he taught clinical courses for 20 years at Yale Law School. Mr. Edelstein's YLS students describe one of his courses as "incredibly useful," "a wonderful experience," and "the best, most informative class to take at the Yale Law School." Participants in his webinars describe him as "superb," "best speaker practically and academically," and "expert level speaker and very practical and accessible content and presentation style." How do I access my courses?

Do you have options for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing?

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
