Lorna M. Wiggins
is a shareholder in the Albuquerque law firm of Wiggins, Williams & Wiggins, P.C. She has practiced primarily in the areas of labor and employment law. Ms. Wiggins started practicing law in New Mexico after completing a judicial clerkship. Much of her practice includes advising management on various personnel issues, including hiring, discipline, termination and layoff issues; negotiating employment contracts; non-compete agreements; patent waiver agreements; and assisting management in developing and implementing personnel policies. Ms. Wiggins regularly assists management in certification and decertification elections, negotiating union contracts, arbitrations, and unfair labor practice charges. She regularly defends employers before the New Mexico Human Right Commission, EEOC, OFCCP, NLRB, and state and federal courts. Ms. Wiggins routinely provides training to employers in recognizing and eliminating discrimination and harassment in the workplace, and is a frequent lecturer on labor and employment law. She attended Southern Methodist University, and earned her B.S. degree, cum laude, from the University of North Dakota and her J.D. degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law. Ms. Wiggins is a member of the Albuquerque and American bar associations, and State Bar of New Mexico.

is the founder and managing partner of Siclari Law Group P.C. Katherine Brustowicz
is an attorney at The Wagner Law Group. Her focus is in the practice areas of employment law, human resources, and civil litigation. Ms. Brustowicz's practice includes drafting employment-related policies and agreements, conducting employee and management training, and representing employers during audits. She also handles litigation in federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and in mediation and arbitration regarding issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship; including but not limited to those involving wage and overtime disputes, employment related contracts, compliance, discrimination, and harassment. Ms. Brustowicz earned her B.A. degree from Bates College and her J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire.

Cynthia Uduebor Washington
is of special counsel at Baker Botts L.L.P. She helps employers of all sizes and across many industries, make sense of workplace law so that they can continue doing what they do best, delivering their goods and services to people who seek them. Ms. Washington advises employers on a broad range of labor and employment law matters, including issues arising under the ADEA, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, Title VII, USERRA, WARN, and other federal, state, and local labor and employment laws. Her practice encompasses counseling employers on personnel decisions and policy development, litigation defense and prevention, internal and governmental workplace investigations, and training on workplace law developments and compliance. Ms. Washington is a skilled litigator, with appellate, class action, and complex litigation experience and has represented clients in disputes before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitrators. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from University of North Texas and her J.D. degree from Duke University School of Law.

Susan Richards Salen
is a shareholder and chair of the employment law practice group of Rees Broome, PC. She has been practicing law for more than 30 years. Ms. Salen represents clients in corporate and employment related disputes in the Virginia state courts of Fairfax County, Arlington County, Loudoun County and the city of Alexandria, and in the U.S. District courts for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division; and before federal and state agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, and Local Employment and Wage and Hour commissions. She also represents clients in the state and federal courts of the District of Columbia and Maryland. In her corporate practice, Ms. Salen advises clients with respect to business formation issues, buy-sell agreements, and sales and purchase acquisition. Joseph M. Holvey
is an attorney at Wiggins, Williams & Wiggins, P.C.. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado Law School where he earned a certificate in both American Indian Law and in Energy, Environmental and Natural Resources Law and Policy, and he served as an Articles Editor for the Colorado Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law Review. Mr. Holvey earned his B.A. degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Colorado while he worked as an Assistant Lab Technician in a soil crust ecology lab and competed as a member of the cross country and track programs. He began his career with a law firm in Albuquerque where he specialized in employment and labor matters on the Navajo Nation. Mr. Holvey then worked for the United States Department of Agriculture in the Office of General Counsel, Civil Rights, Labor and Employment Division, litigation section, where he engaged in employment, labor and civil rights litigation before Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Merit Systems Protection Board administrative judges and in federal court. At Wiggins, Williams & Wesenberg, his practice includes advising clients on management-side labor and employment law issues and handling employment and general litigation matters in state and federal court.
