Krupa M. Kotecha
is an attorney at The Royal Law Firm LLP who advises businesses on a wide range of employment matters, including the design and implementation of compensation programs, compliance with regulatory requirements, and workforce management strategies. Her practice focuses on delivering pragmatic, results-oriented solutions that help businesses navigate complex challenges and achieve their strategic goals. Ms. Kotecha is a distinguished former BigLaw attorney with a background in compensation and employment Law. Her experience includes counseling clients on sensitive matters such as non-compete agreements, equity compensation, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Kotecha earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree, summa cum laude, from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and her J.D. degree from University of Toronto Faculty of Law, graduating with highest honors. She is admitted to practice in New York.

is a seasoned attorney with The Royal Law Firm LLP where he brings a wealth of legal and corporate experience to The Royal Law Firm's employment law practice. Mr. Parker provides employment defense representation on a range of issues and claims, including discrimination and harassment, medical leave, paid family and medical leave, disability, wage and hour, wrongful termination, whistle-blower, non-compete, independent contractor, and workplace performance. Kara Johnson
is an attorney with The Royal Law Firm LLP counseling employers on a range of matters related to compliance with employment laws. Her clients include small businesses, larger corporations, and non-profit and for-profit organizations. Ms. Johnson's focus includes reviewing and drafting employment policies and conducting internal investigations. In addition, her experience includes appearing before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's Whistleblower Division, and Massachusetts state and federal courts. Ms. Johnson is a co-author of a chapter on Resolving Sexual Harassment Complaints, published by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, and she co-wrote a law review article on medical marijuana in the workplace for the Massachusetts Bar Association's Employment Law Section Review. She is committed to serving the community with her legal skills. Ms. Johnson assists several non-profits by providing pro bono legal services and has been a member of the Board of Directors at Fidelity House Human Services in Lawrence, Massachusetts for 8 years. She earned her B.A. degree from Boston College and her J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School. Ms. Johnson is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Katherine Fergus
is an attorney with The Royal Law Firm LLP where she resolves business problems ranging from employment disputes to the theft of intellectual property. She represents a diverse group of businesses across virtually every industry. In her practice, Ms. Fergus counsels clients on a range of employment and separation agreement negotiations. She provides proactive, strong business advice in an effort to avoid litigation where possible, but should litigation be unavoidable, Ms. Fergus is a fierce advocate who litigates contract, employment, intellectual property, collection and lease disputes. Her litigation experience includes a broad range of matters, from multimillion-dollar business disputes and tort cases, to landlord/tenant and easement disputes. Ms. Fergus supports the business goals of women through her active participation in the ABA's Litigation Section, the Women Advocate. She has been a frequent author of several articles for the ABA's Woman Advocate publication. Ms. Fergus earned her B.A. degree from Bowdoin College and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Maine.
