Brent D. Kettelkamp
is a shareholder in the Minneapolis office of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. He devotes his practice to representing both large and small businesses on a wide range of labor and employment law matters throughout the Midwest. Mr. Kettelkamp regularly defends employers in employment-related litigation, including claims of discrimination arising under Title VII, the FMLA, the ADA, the ADEA, and comparable state laws, as well as claims of retaliation arising under state and federal anti-discrimination and whistleblower statutes. In addition to his litigation practice, he regularly provides proactive guidance and advice to employers regarding employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, handbook and policy compliance, employee discipline, hiring, termination, leaves of absence, accommodations, and other day-to-day management issues as they arise. Mr. Kettelkamp also advises employers on drug and alcohol testing compliance and related policy drafting. Finally, he conducts workplace investigations relating to a broad range of employment law issues, including workplace violence and harassment. Mr. Kettelkamp is admitted to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and North Dakota. He earned his undergraduate degree from Bethel University and his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law.

Tessa McEllistrem
is a partner with Jardine, Logan & O'Brien, P.L.L.P. She practices in the areas of government liability, motor vehicle liability, employment law, construction law and civil litigation. Ms. McEllistrem practices in state and federal courts, having successfully defended municipalities, government entities, businesses and corporations. She works with her clients in order to advise them from the beginning stages of litigation through trial. Ms. McEllistrem works primarily in the areas of government liability, motor vehicle liability, and employment law. She has a broad range of success in defending her clients from small claims in conciliation court all the way to successfully defending government entities in large class action lawsuits. Ms. McEllistrem has extensive experience in state and federal court arguing motion hearings, handling jury trials, and arguing appellate motions. She earned her B.A. degree from St. Olaf College and her J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law.

Victoria del Campo
is an attorney with Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where she regularly defends employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in matters involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. She also provides advice and counseling to clients to assist them in taking proactive steps to avoid litigation. Ms. del Campo has experience reviewing handbooks and other employment-related policies, as well as counseling employers on pre-employment testing, leave of absence management, and reductions in force. She earned her B.B.A. degree in finance from the University of Texas at El Paso and her J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Ms. del Campo is a member of the Federal Bar Association's Diversity and Inclusion Committee (term October 2021 - September 2024). She is admitted to practice in Texas, Wisconsin, and Minnesota; and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico; U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas; U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin; and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

James R. Andreen
is a shareholder for the law firm for Erstad & Riemer PA, where he is a trial and appellate lawyer, mainly in the areas of employment and civil rights. He is a member of the Federal, Hennepin County and Minnesota State bar associations; as well as the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Andreen earned his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law.

Emeric J. Dwyer
is a partner at Chestnut Cambronne PA, and focuses his legal practice on conducting commercial transactions and litigation, real estate transactions and litigation, intellectual property protection, and serving as general counsel to a variety of businesses. He has significant experience forming small and medium-sized businesses, and completing business and real estate transactions. Mr. Dwyer also advises clients on a wide variety of matters that arise in the course of operating a business, including employment issues, trademark and intellectual property protection, and corporate governance. When disputes arise, he represents clients throughout the litigation process, including bringing matters to trial. Mr. Dwyer earned his B.A. degree from Drake University and his J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law.
