Robert G. Chadwick, Jr.
is a partner with Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. His areas of practice include labor and employment, occupational safety and health, employee benefits, and selected tort litigation. Mr. Chadwick has been board-certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member of the Labor and Employment law sections of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association; and a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Chadwick is admitted to practice in Georgia and Texas, and has practiced before federal district and appellate courts throughout the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court. He also has practiced before the National Labor Relations Board, and the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission. He earned his B.A. degree from Emory University and J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia.

Steven E. Clark
is the senior partner and founder of Clark Firm PLLC, where he concentrates his practice on business formation, contractual agreements and advice, business and commercial litigation, employment and labor law, general civil litigation, healthcare, and construction. Mr. Clark has lectured and written on subjects such as choice of business entity considerations, trade secrets, non-competition agreements, partnerships, construction law, employment law, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). He is also active in handling federal Department of Labor (DOL), state (TWC), and health integrity/ZPIC audits/investigations of employers and small businesses, and defending related litigation. Mr. Clark is licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and all federal and state courts in Texas. He earned his B.A. degree and J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Houston. Mr. Clark was also certified as an arbitrator and mediator in 2022 by Mediators and Arbitrators Association.

Marlon A. Primes
is a partner in the Cleveland office of Brennan, Manna & Diamond, LLC. He is a distinguished former assistant U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, with over 30 years of experience. Mr. Primes has transitioned to serve as co-chair of BMD's business and tort litigation practice, and represents companies across the U.S. in high-stakes litigation. He has handled a wide variety of complex civil litigation in state, federal and appellate courts, including jury trials and appellate actions. Mr. Primes earned his B.S. degree from Ohio University and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

J. Gregory Grisham
is a partner in the Memphis office of Fisher & Phillips LLP. He has 30 years of experience counseling and representing employers in all aspects of workplace law in Tennessee and across the United States. Mr. Grisham has helped employers avoid claims, charges and lawsuits, with a focus on preventative practices. Preventative practices include counseling in situations involving discipline, termination, demotion, promotion, and other workplace changes in the terms and conditions of employment; harassment investigations; wage and hour compliance; FMLA compliance; reasonable accommodation assessment; supervisor training; and the review of employment policies and procedures. He has successfully litigated hundreds of administrative charges, employment lawsuits, and arbitration demands on behalf of employers, including federal and state law claims alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, defamation, invasion of privacy, breach of contract, wage and hour violations, and ERISA violations, among others. Mr. Grisham represents employers in the enforcement of post-employment restrictive covenants, such as non-compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements, and related trade secret litigation. He is a regular speaker at public seminars on workplace law issues, and has authored numerous articles on a variety of labor and employment law related topics. Mr. Grisham currently serves on the Executive Council of the Tennessee Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section, and is a Board member of the Memphis Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee; his M.B.A. degree from the University of Mississippi; and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Memphis.

Gery T. Nietupski
is with Law Offices of Nietupski Angelone LLC in Erie, Pennsylvania. He is an honors graduate of both John Carroll University and the Duquesne University School of Law. At Duquesne, Dr. Nietupski earned the law school's highest honor, the "Distinguished Student" award. He has taught a variety of classes at both Gannon and Edinboro University for over 40 years; and is a frequent and sought after lecturer for several professional employment organizations, including the Manufacturer and Business Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania. Dr. Nietupski focuses his extensive practice in representing employers and employees in their workplace relationships. He has negotiated approximately 80 labor contracts for management; has weathered nine strikes; and has litigated hundreds of cases before state and federal courts, as well as the NLRB, EEOC, OSHA, wage and hour, and the PHRC.
