Gretchen J. Burgess
is an attorney at Murphy Desmond Lawyers S.C., where she is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of estate planning, including the preparation of revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney for healthcare and finance, special and supplemental needs trusts, and marital property agreements. Ms. Burgess also handles the establishment and termination of adult guardianships, as well as the preparation of Wispact trusts. She assists clients in all aspects of the estate administration process, including formal and informal estate administration, special administration, and trust administration. Ms. Burgess earned her B.A. degree from Macalester College, St. Paul, and her J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law, international law concentration. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and Madison Estate Council; and is on the Board of Directors for Blackhawk Technical College Foundation and Walworth County Crimestoppers. Ms. Burgess is also an admissions representative at Macalester College. She is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Ms. Burgess earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in English/history (pre-law) with a double minor in political science and Spanish from Averett University, and her J.D. degree from Liberty University School of Law. is an attorney at Bratton Law LLC, where his practice concentrates in the areas of estate planning, elder law and estate administration. Mr. Bravette earned his B.S. degree from Drexel University and his J.D. degree from the Temple University Beasley School of Law. While studying for his degree, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Philadelphia Commerce Court Case Management Program, where he holds the distinction of being the first ever recipient of the Honorable Albert W. Sheppard Scholarship Fund. He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar Association, Pennsylvania State Bar, and District of Columbia Bar; and is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

practices elder law in Collierville, Tennessee. He has been engaged in private practice for over forty years. Mr. Cox has lectured before professional groups in law, medical technology and lifecare planning on a variety of elder law topics. He has been published in the Journal of Life Care Planning; he was contributing author of the Life Care Planning and Case Management Handbook, Third Edition; and has been a contributing author on elder law for West's Tennessee Practice series. Mr. Cox is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He has been recognized three times as the best lawyer in Collierville, Tennessee by readers of the local newspaper. Mr. Cox is a graduate of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

Ebonye N. Green
, MNSc, CNRN, ACNS-AG, APN, began serving as the inpatient Advanced Practice Registered Nurse for the College of Medicine, Department of Neurosurgery at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2013. She began as a staff nurse in a neuroscience ICU at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO, in 2005. She later became a travel nurse working in some of the country's top neurosurgical intensive care units and Gamma Knife, including Washington Hospital Center and Johns Hopkins Hospital. Ms. Green joined UAMS as a staff nurse in the neuro/medical ICU in 2009. From there, she climbed the clinical ladder to become the Interim Clinical Services Manager, while earning her Advanced Practice degree. She has a Masters in Nursing Science from UAMS, a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Deaconess College of Nursing. Ms. Green is a fellow of the Neurocritical Care Society, a member of the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses (AANN), American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Association of Critical Care Nurses, American Association of Neurological Surgeons and serves on the AANN Board of Directors as a Director-At-Large, as past Chair of AANN Advocacy Committee, as past facilitator of the Neurotrauma Special Focus group for AANN. She is passionate about educating staff to grow their knowledge to better care for their patients and families.

Whitney Sorrell
is the senior partner of Sorrell Law Firm, a boutique tax, business and estate planning firm in Scottsdale Arizona where he advises individuals, families, and businesses on legal matters relating to complex estate planning, business mergers, acquisitions and transactions, trust and probate administration, IRS audits, appeals, and Tax Court matters, as well as income and estate tax planning for wealthy families. Mr. Sorrell earned his Bachelors degree in Finance from Arizona State University; his M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix; his law degree at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, Arizona State University, and an LLM in Tax from Boston University. Prior to practicing law, Whitney worked for five years at the United States Treasury, Department of Internal Revenue Service as a Revenue Agent in the Phoenix District office. Mr. Sorrell became a certified public accountant (CPA) in 1993; is a frequent author of estate planning and tax articles published in various journals; and a national presenter on tax, business, and estate planning topics.
