Jake H. Polivka
is an attorney with HWK Law Group specializing in estate planning and trust law. His zealous passion for learning has afforded him the ability to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every client interaction. Mr. Polivka earned his bachelor's degree in economics at the University of Maryland, College Park and his J.D. degree from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law (with a year in between to pursue some adventure as a ski instructor in the Rocky Mountains). In law school, he developed a strong foundation in the legal field, particularly in the concepts surrounding wills and trusts, which he enjoyed the most. Mr. Polivka is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Maryland; District of Columbia Court of Appeals; and the U.S. District Court, District of Maryland. Additionally, he is a notary public for the state of Maryland.

Lindsay Moss
is the principal of Moss Law, LLC. She is a VA Accredited Attorney, as well as a Certified Dementia Practitioner (NCCDP). Ms. Moss is certified in Alzheimer's and Dementia Care (HFAM/MAADS). She represents individuals and families in the areas of elder law, Medicaid, veteran's benefits, estate planning, special needs planning, asset protection, crisis and pre-crisis planning; and issues associated with adult medical daycare, assisted living and nursing home placement. Ms. Moss earned her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Towson University and her J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Jay Y. Oppenheim
is an attorney with Blades & Rosenfeld, P.A. where his practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate, and tax. Mr. Oppenheim graduated from St. John's University School of Law in 2013. During law school, he earned the Dean's Award for Excellence for obtaining the highest grade in his Estate and Gift Tax class. He was also selected for a Trusts and Estates Fellowship by the New York State Bar Association's Trusts and Estates Section. Additionally, Mr. Oppenheim won a Best Brief in the 2013 Nassau Academy of Law Moot Court Competition and was an Oral Finalist in the 2012 Nassau Academy of Law Moot Court Competition. Prior to joining Blades & Rosenfeld, P.A., Mr. Oppenheim was an attorney for a boutique firm in New York City, principally focused on tax and trust and estate matters for individuals and families. He also worked as an advanced sales attorney for an insurance brokerage providing tax, legal, regulatory and life insurance product support for its high-net-worth client practice, including in the field of premium financed life insurance. Mr. Oppenheim was admitted the New York State Bar in 2014 and the Maryland State Bar in 2016. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. Mr. Oppenheim was born in New York, New York.

Ms. Rao Bild is admitted to practice law in Florida, Maryland, Virginia, New York, and The District of Columbia. She is also admitted to practice law before the United States Tax Court.
