Anastasia Shubert-Baranowski
is an attorney in the Philadelphia office of Margolis Edelstein. She specializes in employment law, and represents both public and private employers in a range of legal matters. Ms. Shubert-Baranowski has experience litigating discrimination, harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment, wage and hour disputes, and vicarious liability claims. She also helps employers with compliance issues, such as drafting policies, handbooks, and employment agreements to ensure adherence to state and federal laws. Ms. Shubert-Baranowski earned her B.S. degree from The College of New Jersey and her J.D. degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Craig M. Brooks
is a director and shareholder of Houston Harbaugh, P.C., a law firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He concentrates his practice in the labor and employment law area, representing primarily management. Mr. Brooks regularly handles employment discrimination claims in court and before government agencies, including sexual harassment cases, age, disability, sex, race and national origin discrimination cases. He also handles union relations matters, including labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, union contract negotiations, union organizing matters, wrongful discharge claims, and wage and hour matters. He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania; and his J.D. degree from Duke University School of Law.

Gery T. Nietupski
is with Law Offices of Nietupski Angelone LLC in Erie, Pennsylvania. He is an honors graduate of both John Carroll University and the Duquesne University School of Law. At Duquesne, Dr. Nietupski earned the law school's highest honor, the Distinguished Student Award. He has taught a variety of classes at both Gannon and Edinboro University for over 40 years, and is a frequent and sought after lecturer for several professional employment organizations, including the Manufacturer and Business Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania. Dr. Nietupski focuses his extensive practice in representing employers and employees in their workplace relationships. He has negotiated approximately 80 labor contracts for management, has weathered nine strikes, and has litigated hundreds of cases before state and federal courts, as well as the NLRB, EEOC, OSHA, wage and hour and the PHRC.

Meghan N. Hitch
is an attorney in the Voorhees office of the law firm of Archer & Greiner, P.C. She focuses her labor and employment practice on helping management-side clients with a broad range of matters, from daily counseling through litigation. Ms. Hitch earned a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and remains committed to the field of conflict avoidance, management and resolution. This experience with ADR helps inform her approach to assist clients with an emphasis on goal setting and cost-benefit analysis. Ms. Hitch provides anti-harassment, discrimination and retaliation training for employees at all levels and trains managers, human resource professionals, and compliance officers on conducting lawful and effective workplace investigations. She conducts internal employment investigations on behalf of her clients, makes recommendations to improve personnel management, and prepares employer responses to administrative charges and complaints, including those before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New Jersey Division of Civil Rights and Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. Ms. Hitch earned her B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. degree from New York Law School.
