Speaker bio
Henry Watson, III
practices in Paris, Kentucky with his son Patrick, at Watson Law Firm, PLLC. Their practice includes local government, land use and development, general litigation, real estate, and banking. Mr. Watson has served as an adjunct professor at Eastern Kentucky University and earned his B.A. and J.D degrees from the University of Kentucky. He is admitted to all Kentucky and federal courts pertaining to the Commonwealth, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Watson's other career was as a U.S. Army Reserve Officer, serving in Airborne Infantry, Light Infantry, Military Intelligence, Special Forces, Special Operations, and the DOD; and was a U.S. Army War College Fellow at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, retiring as a Colonel in 1999.

Andrew Videkovich
is current planning manager with the Planning and Development Services of Kenton County (PDS), where he analyzes economic, environmental, social, and physical factors affecting land use decisions; assists in the preparation and update of comprehensive plans; and manages zoning code updates. Mr. Videkovich has worked as a planner in the public sector for twenty years, and has worked extensively with the public, planning commissions, and elected officials. Prior to joining PDS, he was a land use planner for the St. Joseph County Area Planning Commission in South Bend, Indiana. Mr. Videkovich earned his Bachelor of Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati.

F. Keith Brown
is an attorney in the Shepherdsville law firm of Pike Legal Group, PLLC, where he practices in the areas of zoning, planning, land use, annexation, real estate, environmental law, administrative law, business and corporate law, land development, and wireless telecommunications. He is a past speaker on real estate related issues for various professional associations. Mr. Brown is admitted to practice in Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia and Indiana. He earned his B.S. degree from Murray State University, his M.B.A. degree from Indiana University at Bloomington and his J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky.

Austin M. Tinsley
is an attorney at Strauss Troy Co. LPA. He focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions, the development of condominiums and planned communities, leasing, financing, general corporate and business law, and non-patent intellectual property. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2022 and is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. During law school, Austin worked with the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic (ECDC) and Patent and Trademark Clinic (PTC) at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he developed a passion for helping small business owners in the Cincinnati community navigate through issues such as entity formation, business agreements, and intellectual property matters such as trademark registration and copyright and data protection.
