is the founder and CEO of New Beginnings Family Law, P.C., where her main areas of practice are divorce, child custody, parental alienation, mediation, adoption, and surrogacy. Prior to opening her own practice, she worked in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County Domestic Relations Division as a law clerk for the Honorable Ralph A. Ferguson, Jr., and in the firm of Shaw-Anderson, LLC. Ms. James earned her B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and her J.D. degree from the Birmingham School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Alabama and before the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. James is also a board-certified family law trial advocate, having received her board certification from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, and the American, Morgan County and Huntsville-Madison County bar associations. Ms. James has previously been recognized as Female Entrepreneur of the Year in 2020 by the Catalyst Center for Business and Entrepreneurship in Huntsville, Alabama. Her firm was chosen as the Professional Services Business of the Year in 2020 by the Huntsville-Madison County Chamber of Commerce. Formerly a family law trial attorney with Eskew Law, Mr. Hacker has devoted his career to helping families recognize the use of assets to resolve difficult financial divisions. His client's have included medical professionals, retired professional athletes, entrepreneurs, CEOs, small family business owners, attorneys and the spouses of these individuals. She is a trained guardian ad litem and domestic mediator; and over the past 17 years, has handled all types of family law matters, including divorces, child support, custody, legitimation and paternity, contempt, domestic violence, international custody disputes, appeals and jury trials. In addition to the practice of domestic litigation, Ms. Faulhaber also taught domestic relations law as an adjunct professor at John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. She is admitted to practice law in California, Arizona and Georgia, and is a member of the Family Law sections of the American and Atlanta bar associations. She served on the Rules Committee to establish and maintain the Fulton County Family Division, which has served as an example as a model of a family court to other counties in the state. She earned her bachelor's degree in philosophy, magna cum laude, with honors, from Lafayette College and her J.D. degree from UCLA Law School.

He has tried and argued hundreds of cases in both state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout Georgia. Mr. Gentry he has handled dozens of appeals in Georgia's Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in Atlanta. He is a long-time member of the Cobb County Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, American Bar Association and Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Gentry is also a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar. In March 2001, he was elected president of the 1,000+ member Cobb County Bar Association. In 2012, Mr. Gentry was elected to the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia, where he continues to serve Cobb’s lawyers and judges in that capacity. He is the President-Elect of the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Gentry is a graduate of the University of Virginia's Economics Honors Program, where he earned his B.A. degree. After college, he worked for two years as a congressional aide in the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington D.C. before returning to his native Georgia to earn his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia Law School.

is a founding partner of Antonyan Miranda, a litigation trial attorney, and a Certified Family Law Specialist. She became the youngest person in California to become a Certified Family Law Specialist, after achieving the rigorous requirements in only five years of practice. Ms. Antonyan is fluent in English, Russian, and Spanish, and is collaterally licensed as a real estate broker, obtaining her Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. She focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters, specializing in high-net worth cases and those which generally involve complex areas of law and litigation. Prior to co-founding Antonyan Miranda, Ms. Antonyan managed her own successful family law and civil litigation practice, where she achieved multi-million dollar jury verdicts on behalf of her plaintiff clients. In recognition of her substantial family law and trial accomplishments, she was named as a Super Lawyer® in 2015-2025, and has also been selected as a Top Attorney by the San Diego Daily Transcript. In 2019, San Diego Metro awarded Ms. Antonyan “40 Under 40” San Diego Brightest Young Leader award. In 2020, she was recognized as one of San Diego’s Top Attorneys by the San Diego Metro, which relies on Martindale-Hubbell® peer review ratings in making its selection. Concurrent to the practice of law, for five years she taught as an adjunct professor of family law at California Western School of Law. Ms. Antonyan volunteers as a Judge Pro Tem in the family law and small claims divisions of the San Diego Superior Court. Ms. Antonyan also speaks at various CLE and legal seminars. She graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University with two majors and two minors, including a B.A. degree in psychology and political science. How do I access my courses?

Do you have options for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing?

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.

Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives a special discount off of their total tuition.
