Ryan A. Casey
is a senior trial attorney at Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP, focusing his practice on litigating large and complex personal injury, wrongful death and product defect cases on behalf of injured individuals and consumers. Licensed to practice in California, Nevada, and Arizona, he handles cases throughout each state, as well as other jurisdictions around the country. Since joining the firm in 2011, Mr. Casey has handled a number of complex cases involving trucking collisions, auto collisions, construction site injuries, industrial injuries, product liability actions, recreational sporting injuries, and multiple other types of serious injury cases. He takes great pride in diligently representing his clients in these cases and helping them through some of the most difficult times of their lives. As a result, Mr. Casey has obtained numerous significant and favorable results through trial or settlement for his clients - successfully recovering hundreds of millions of dollars in lawsuits against negligent individuals, public entities, and corporations, including the manufacturers and distributors of dangerous products.

James E. Abraham
is a partner at Resnick & Louis, P.C. His extensive experience over his 43 year career working for both plaintiffs and defendants has enriched him with an understanding of what legal steps need to be taken for or against each party to achieve a reasonable settlement or a successful jury trial outcome. Mr. Abraham's jury trials have involved a plethora of liability issues, with a sampling including: individual and commercial motor vehicle operation and maintenance, school bus loading, road maintenance and signing, product liability (co-efficient of friction for outdoor sidewalk sealant, modification of guard on machine power take off), uneven walking surfaces in commercial/retail buildings, police use of force (chokehold use and code 3 pursuit), dog attacks, and a horse's delayed refusal to load at the Tucson Rodeo Parade. He has successfully litigated claims made by and against insurance carriers, including non-injury claims involving claim handling and case evaluation, subrogation, contract disputes, indemnification between carriers, fraudulent injury claims. Mr. Abraham earned his B.A. degree from The College of Wooster and his J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Jonathan W. Litster
concentrates his practice on high-stakes civil litigation, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death. Advocating for individuals inside and outside of the courtroom, he represents plaintiffs in a broad range of tort litigation areas, including significant personal injury, insurance bad faith, and professional malpractice. Mr. Litster has extensive experience helping injured victims and their families obtain just compensation. After earning his law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law (Dean's List), he worked as a Deputy Criminal Prosecutor for Ada County in Boise. During law school, Mr. Litster served as a judicial extern for the Honorable U.S. District Court Chief Judge David C. Nye and learned the intricacies of appellate work as a judicial extern for the Honorable Justice Joel D. Horton at the Idaho Supreme Court. He externed with the James A. & Louise McClure Center for Public Policy Research, advocated for survivors of domestic and sexual violence at the University of Idaho Family Justice Clinic, and was chosen by faculty to represent the University of Idaho College of Law at the Peggy Browning Fund Workers’ Rights Conference in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Litster is admitted to practice in the states of Arizona and Idaho.

H. Michael Wright
is the equity partner at Udall Shumway PLC where he specializes in personal injury litigation. Over his 45 years of practice, he has handled many types of cases, including cases involving product liability, medical malpractice, elder abuse, insurance bad faith, vehicular collisions, defective premises design and construction, defective highway design and maintenance, and many other types of cases. Mr. Wright developed special expertise in brain and spinal injury, accident reconstruction, hazard and risk assessment and has been invited to speak at many seminars for trial lawyers over the years. He has served as an expert witness in legal malpractice cases and as a Judge pro tempore for the Superior Court. Mr. Wright has been on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Association of Justice (formerly known as the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association) since the early 1980s and served as that organization's president in 2012-13. Mr. Wright earned his B.S. degree from Arizona State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Arizona College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Arizona.

Lincoln M. Wright
is a partner at Udall Shumway PLC, specializing in medical malpractice, elder abuse and personal injury. He has gained expertise in nursing home regulations and interactions with government agencies, nursing home standards of care, and Medicare liens. Mr. Wright is also skilled in legal research and writing. In 2013, he won a case at the Arizona Court of Appeals, Clark v. Renaissance West, LLC, which makes it easier for nursing home residents to challenge mandatory arbitration agreements and keep their right to sue if nursing homes injure them. In 2018, Mr. Wright wrote the appellate briefs for the prevailing party in Kopp v. Physician Group of Arizona, Inc., a hospital negligence case in which the Arizona Supreme Court overturned nearly 75 years of precedent. He earned his B.A. degree from Arizona State University and his J.D. degree from Boston College of Law. Mr. Wright is admitted to practice in Arizona.

Brian Chase
is a digital forensic consultant and expert witness, as well as a licensed attorney. He has tried cases as a lawyer, testified over 30 times as an expert witness, and teaches at the University of Arizona Law School. Mr. Chase is the managing director of digital forensics with ArcherHall, a national digital forensics and eDiscovery vendor. He has a diverse education and work background. Mr. Chase spent years working as a network administrator for the University of Arizona. He has a Management and Information Systems degree from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, a top-ranked program in the country. From there, Mr. Chase went on to earn a law degree, also from the University of Arizona. He has tried cases at the misdemeanor and felony level, as well as testified as an expert in both state and federal court. Mr. Chase has worked on everything from small misdemeanor offenses to First Degree Murder and Wrongful Death matters. He has presented at numerous CLEs and conferences on the topic of digital forensics. Mr. Chase had the top-ranked CLE program for LawLine in 2021, and is frequently sought after as a conference presenter.
