Sharon N. Berlin
is a principal member with Keane & Beane, P.C., where she represents management in private and public sector labor and employment law matters, including advice on day-to-day labor and employment law issues, investigations, disciplinary proceedings, arbitrations, collective bargaining, and federal and state court litigation. Ms. Berlin also serves as general counsel to school districts. She is a past chair of the New York State Bar Association's Local and State Government Law Section. Ms. Berlin earned her B.S. degree, with honors, from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations and her J.D. degree, with honors, from George Washington University National Law Center.

Gregg M. Kligman
is a member of Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP's labor and employment practice group, and focuses on management side employment litigation and counseling. His practice includes defending clients in federal and state courts, before administrative agencies and in arbitration and mediation in cases alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and other employment related claims, including class action litigation. Mr. Kligman regularly counsels clients of all sizes, from family businesses to multinational corporations, across the spectrum of employment issues from pre-hire to termination, including recruiting, responding to harassment and discrimination issues, advising on managing leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance and benefits, and drafting and reviewing policies and handbooks. He also assists clients with risk assessment and due diligence in connection with wage and hour matters and corporate acquisitions, advising clients on potential exposure based upon the incoming company's employment practices. Prior to joining Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP, Mr. Kligman was associated with the firms Meister Seelig & Fein PLLC; Fox Rothschild LLP; and Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP. He is a graduate of Cornell University and New York Law School. Mr. Kligman is admitted to practice before the courts of the states or New York and New Jersey, and the U.S. District courts for the Southern and Eastern districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey. He has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2015, 2016 and 2017 and was a Long Island Business News Leadership in Law Honoree in 2020.

Brian B. Selchick
is a partner with Cullen and Dykman LLP's Corporate department. He also serves as the firm's labor and employment practice group leader and as a member of the Higher Education Practice group. Mr. Selchick is an experienced labor and employment lawyer with a focus on representing employers and executives in both the public and private sectors. From serving as the chief negotiator in union contract negotiations to conducting workplace investigations to advising on day-to-day employment matters, his practice encapsulates all aspects of labor and employment law. Mr. Selchick frequently serves as outside labor counsel to companies and governmental entities, including serving as outside counsel to the New York State Assembly's Committee on Ethics and Guidance. He routinely handles high stake and sensitive employment matters for employers. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Selchick served as the director of employee relations and training for the University at Albany for the State University of New York, where he managed a unionized workforce of approximately 5,000 employees represented by six different statewide unions. During his time with the University, he conducted over 1,500 internal investigations involving fraud, workplace misconduct, discrimination, hostile work environment claims, breach of contract, Public Officers Law violations, out-of-title claims, improper practice charges, unethical behavior and other general matters. During his career, Mr. Selchick successfully and directly handled the separation of employees from state service, including dozens of just cause terminations. He also represented the interests of the University in labor-management meetings, disciplinary, contract and administrative matters, including at the New York State Public Employment Relations Board ("PERB"). Additionally, Mr. Selchick handled matters relating to statutory compliance with respect to FERPA, OWBPA, ADEA, ADA, OTETA, NYS Human Rights Law, NYS Corrections Law and critically, NYS Civil Service Law, namely, the Taylor Law. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Union College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Albany Law School.

Rick Ostrove
is principal trial counsel for Leeds Brown Law, P.C. His primary practice areas are employment and civil rights law. Mr. Ostrove also has extensive experience handling complex litigation, including commercial, estate and matrimonial litigations. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in New York, as well as the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Ostrove has successfully argued numerous appeals to the Second Circuit and the New York State Appellate Division. He earned his J.D. degree from Hofstra University School of Law and his B.S. degree from the University at Albany, where he graduated cum laude.

Raymond Nardo
is a sole practitioner with the Law Office of Raymond Nardo in Mineola, New York. He has been retained by employees, employers, unions, and municipalities to represent their interests in claims involving overtime pay, discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower claims, and nearly all other employment claims. Mr. Nardo has won jury verdicts for both employers and employees, and has obtained millions of dollars in settlements, verdicts, and awards for employees. He is also an adjunct professor at SUNY Old Westbury where he teaches labor and employment law, a mediator for the U.S. District courts for the Southern and Eastern districts of New York, and an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and Nassau County District Court. Mr. Nardo practices extensively in federal court, New York state court, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and New York State Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR). He earned his B.A. degree from the College of William & Mary and his J.D. degree from New York University School of Law.

Myra Fromholz
is a paralegal with Cuddy & Feder LLP. Her practice centers around litigation, including but not limited to electronic case filings, legal and investigative research, cite checking, ESI discovery, heavy client contact, and brief and trial preparations. Ms. Fromholz earned her B.A. degree from University of Hartford, her certificate in paralegal studies from Mercy College and her M.A. degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a notary public in the state of New York, and is a certified paralegal through the North Carolina State Bar, Board of Paralegal Certification.
