Rick S. Geiger, Esq.
is the principal at the Law Office of Rick S. Geiger, LLC & Geiger Gaming Law. He has a traditional business, and business litigation practice, including business start-ups, contracts, employment law, and general litigation. Mr. Geiger is also a well-known expert in gaming and gambling law, including online gaming and gambling, traditional casino gaming, e-sports law, software licensing, legal compliance for gaming and gambling, econometric analysis for casinos, and gaming companies. He is also a business executive with extensive experience in technology management. Mr. Geiger has the unique background and experience of working both as an attorney and as a business executive in all aspects of gaming, virtual worlds gaming, payment systems, and gaming business management. He holds an M.B.A. degree from the Simon School at the University of Rochester and a J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Mr. Geiger is a member of the New York State Bar Association and U.S. District courts and Appellate courts.

Latha M. Srinivasan
is with Lincoln Electric Company Global. She has been a licensed attorney in the state of Ohio for more than 20 years, and has worked in the areas of labor and employment law, business and civil litigation, EEO, HR, AAP, corporate EEO issues, and workplace diversity and inclusion management and implementation. Ms. Srinivasan is currently in the HR Compliance Group at a utility company with over 15,000 employees. She has presented numerous seminar topics on the various federal and state employment laws, and has contributed articles for the Bar Journal of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and other publications in the areas of employment law, social media and work life balance. Ms. Srinivasan also regularly speaks on lactation laws in the workplace. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA); and a member of the CMBA's Labor & Employment Section, Women in Law Section, Lawyers Mental Health and Wellness Committee, and Diversity and Inclusion Committee. In addition, Ms. Srinivasan is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, certified as an Edison Electric Institute employment testing manager/lead, and has earned an internal certification of reliability compliance champion at her company. She earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Rochester; and her J.D. degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was awarded the Paul J. Hergenroeder Award in trial tactics.

David Gabor
is a partner with The Wagner Law Group, where he focuses his practice in human resources consulting, which includes drafting policies, negotiation of contracts, training employees, representing employers during audits, and overseeing ADA compliance for websites. Mr. Gabor handles litigation in federal and state courts and at arbitrations in issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship. He also maintains an appellate practice. Mr. Gabor is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the New York State and Massachusetts bar associations, Northeast Human Resources Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and Labor and Employment Law Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Centre.

J. Gregory Grisham
is a partner in the Memphis Office of Fisher Phillips with 35 years of successful experience counseling and representing employers in all aspects of workplace law in Tennessee and across the United States. He has helped employers avoid claims, charges, and lawsuits with a focus on preventative practices, including counseling on discipline, termination, demotion, promotion and other workplace changes, investigations, wage and hour compliance, reasonable accommodation assessment, supervisor training and the review of employment policies and procedures. Greg has successfully litigated hundreds of administrative charges, employment lawsuits, and arbitration demands on behalf of employers, including federal and state law claims alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, invasion of privacy, defamation, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations, among others. He represents employers in the prosecution and defense of trade secret claims, and in the enforcement of post-employment restrictive covenants such as non-compete, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements. He also represents employers in matters before the National Labor Relations Board, including unfair labor practice proceedings and in union representation elections. Greg has been selected for inclusion in Chambers USA, Labor & Employment, Mid-South Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America for Employment Litigation-Management side and Employment Law-Management, and LawDragon’s 500 Leading U.S. Corporate Employment Lawyers. Greg is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and of the American Bar Foundation. Greg is a past Chair of the Memphis Bar Association's L&E Section and of the Tennessee Bar Association's L&E Section where he currently serves on the Executive Committee. He received his J.D. with honors from the Cecil C. Humphreys’ School of Law of the University of Memphis where he was a member of the Law Review, his MBA from the University of Mississippi, and his B.S. from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga.

Laurie E. Martin
is a partner with Hoover Hull Turner LLP. She practices in the areas of business litigation, employment litigation and consulting, and ERISA litigation. Ms. Martin advises and defends employers facing claims, including employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, blacklisting or defamation, wage and hour disputes, enforcement of covenants not to compete, ERISA and benefit litigation, and trade secret misappropriation; including representation in actions before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state and local agencies, and federal and state courts. She also represents large and small businesses, insurers, ERISA plans, health care providers and individuals in commercial disputes, including contract enforcement and interpretation, and business torts, including breach of fiduciary duty and fraud. Ms. Martin earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Butler University; and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chief Judge Larry J. McKinney in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Ms. Martin is a frequent speaker and author on topics related to her areas of practice. She sits on the Executive Committee of the Indianapolis Bar Association's Labor and Employment Section. Ms. Martin is a member of the American, Seventh Circuit, Indiana State and Indianapolis bar associations.

Cindy M. Cieslak
is a partner with Rose Kallor, LLP. Her practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment litigation in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies; including the defense of public sector and private employers against claims of discrimination, wage and hour violations, breach of contract, free speech retaliation, whistleblower retaliation, and other civil rights violations. Ms. Cieslak provides advice to employers regarding compliance with labor and employment laws. She conducts workplace investigations; prepares employee handbooks and best practices manuals for employers; and assists employers with affirmative action plans and compliance with laws and regulations pertaining to government contractors. Ms. Cieslak earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Pennsylvania State University; and her J.D. degree from University of Connecticut School of Law.
