She is a seasoned trial attorney who has first-chaired jury trials throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and has been recognized by Super Lawyers and Top Women of Law in Massachusetts. She has mediated or arbitrated more than 10,000 cases and has served as a case evaluator, special master, and workplace negotiator. Mr. Sears conducts internal employment investigations on behalf of clients, makes recommendations, and prepares employer responses to administrative charges, including charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
